Then talk to your congressmen and get the laws changed to your liking. Dont obstruct, attack and harass those and thier fanilies who are following the laws by arresting the illegals.
I did not say anything about attacking or harrassing ICE agents. Stop implying otherwise rjs330.

The illegals are being treated according to the laws. Are mistakes made? Of course. LE across this country make mistakes all the time. They arrest the wrong person, they enter the wrong house etc. It happens. But you dont see Americans blocking the police and attacking the police when they show up. You dont see people threatening them and their families.

I see Americans standing up for their rights when "mistakes" happen. I submit it is more than a mistake when ICE agents are given quotas. to arrest as many people "who look like an illegl" as they can.

If ICE does something wrong then handle it appropriately on a case by case basis just like we do with every other case where LE makes a mistake.

Sure, I'll await the Bondi's DOJ to prosecute....

I, like many Republican Presidents (Reagan, Bush, etc) believe our laws should be enforced without losing our humanity.
We aren't losing our humanity. I dont know what you are talking about.
I think our country needs to provide a pathway to citizenship. Ripping fathers and mothers from their families, pastors from their church and others who have contributed to their families, communities and our country should be granted citizenship. They should not be treated as criminals.
Then get your congressman to put forward changes to immigration law. These people are here illegally. They know it. They are taking a risk that they can break the law and get away with it. They are criminals. They might be nice criminals, but they are still criminals. There are all kinds of criminals who have contributed to their families, been church goers, and held a job. Should we let them go too?

Some of us believe recently hired soldier wanna be's should not be body tackling and injuring landscapers who are on task doing their daily work. Or deporting a pastor who has lived here for 30 years. But hey, if that's floats your boat, I feel sorry for you.
That's the way it was under Clinton and Obama. Obama said they're taking away jobs from American citizens and employers who hire them should be held accountable. And the Democrats in the assembly gave him a standing ovation. If you listen to their speeches on illegal immigration, they sound more like Trump and less like you. The pastor had 30 years to become a legal citizen. So who's fault is it that he didn't? Yes, I know you feel sorry for me, because some of you are briming with empathy.

Yes, its been made very clear that there us a contigent of people who do dont believe immigration law should be enforced. Someone has been breaking the law for 30 years should be slowed to continue to do so. Should time really matter? If you are able to get away with something long enough we should let you keep doing it?
We let rapists go due to a statute of limitations. You just enjoy the cruelty towards what are mostly harmless people.

I referred to the ICE behavior.....and no, they did not operate that way under prior presidents. Tump (Steven Miller) has given them marching orders to arrest anyone - anywhere - by an means.

There is a large contingent of Americans who have decided that enforcing immigration law is wrong.
But disappearing people with out due process is not enforcing immigration law; it's clear policestatery.

No, that has not been made clear. It has been explained so many times now I can only think you are deliberately misrepresenting what the people are saying they are against, for some reason.

Steve Miller is orchestrating ICE operations....

9 June: Here’s What Stephen Miller—Trump’s Czar Behind Migrant Crackdown—Really Wants

Miller recently set a new “minimum” arrest figure for ICE of 3,000 per day, double the quota set in January, and threatened to fire ICE field office leaders with the least amount of arrests, NBC News reported, citing unnamed sources who participated in a meeting with Miller last month.

In the meeting, Miller urged officials to broaden arrest targets to include noncriminal migrants, according to NBC, even as the Trump administration has defended its mass deportation push by claiming it’s targeting those accused of serious crimes or gang affiliation.

Miller pushed ICE officials to conduct broad sweeps at workplaces like Home Depot, 7-Eleven and others that employ day laborers, and do essentially whatever they need to make more arrests, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the meeting.

The difference is all the hype and sensationalism. And they're having to work twice as hard because the last administration let several million more come in illegally.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia would like a word.
You left out a bunch of what I said.

"Of course. LE across this country make mistakes all the time. They arrest the wrong person, they enter the wrong house etc. It happens. But you dont see Americans blocking the police and attacking the police when they show up. You dont see people threatening them and their families."

Yes and those limitations arw codified in the law. We dont have a statute of limitations for immigration. If you want one then fetch your congressman. Maybe they'll propose one.

Is there something wrong with that? Picking up as many illegals as they can? If we are going to Crack down, then lets Crack down.
