We have everything here. But we are on a large property in the woods. We get to see a lot of wildlife here. Which I enjoy immensely.

Oh yeah. Living in the woods they are thick! We get a light show every year. I love it.

That’s cool! They’re unfortunately dwindling worldwide. Hopefully they don’t go extinct in my lifetime.

I worry about the bees as well. Here though, it seems like a refuge from all that. The majority of people are not exposed to these things.

You do not realize the light pollution most people deal with either unless you see what we see here. It kind of sad.

Street lights. Car lights, etc. There could be a display in the heavens such as stars, meteor showers, etc. than can be blocked by light pollution. You may think it’s a starless night when in reality you cannot see them due to light pollution in your area.

Spending my quiet time in my usual spot off the bedroom this morning. I got a wind chime where there is a bird perch on the top with light tinkling chimes that hang from the bottom. It’s hung up by the nesting and feeding spots off the deck. The birds love it. They are landing and perching on it from morning till evening. When they fly off of it it makes a light tinkling sound. I’ve got a family nesting in one of my Boston ferns right next to it. Hummingbirds are out in full force as well. It’s a nice way to start your day. A blessed Tuesday to all of you.

And once again we have rain over here and there's really no programmes on TV I would wish to watch as it's Wimbledon all day and now added in we have more sport - Women's Euros . O summer is SUCH fun

Well that does not sound like much fun. We need a bit of rain here but it’s not extremely dry yet. I found another vintage table that matches the chairs I just had redone and I’m going to have hubby drop it off Thursday so I can get it sandblasted and powder coated like the chairs. Instant set once that’s done. Sunny here. Just sitting on my porch as usual before I start my day.

Looks like we are going back to extreme heat and humidity soon. Ugh! Back to early morning, late evening yard work. Here is a little sunshine for you @Anhelyna. I was getting ready to deadhead some flowers and had a visitor.

Good morning all. Sitting in my usual spot listening to the birds chatter. Happy Independence Day to those who celebrate it. I plan on having a quiet one given my location and glad of it. I do not like the loud booms, etc. We might see some pretty fireworks at a distance from our decks. Sometimes we do when a lake in our area celebrates. I’m quite content with the show the fire flies put on for us though. No big plans. Going to be another scorcher of a day. I’ll be doing the usual morning and evening yard rounds. Might grab a fern that’s 75% off today to sit in one of my plants stands. I got flowers in it at the moment but those flowers shed like crazy so I think I’ll move the flowers to the yard. One of my cats Roberto is sunning himself on the deck before breakfast.
