Yep I've heard it over and over again for ages. They're going to cut off everything and everyone, and give all the money to the billionaires. It's like "if I had a dollar for every time I've heard that story, I'd be a billionaire myself".

Nonetheless I read that Tillis argued that the Senate version of the bill breaks President Trump's campaign promise to protect Medicaid. However he expressed willingness to support the House version of the bill, which he views as a less drastic approach to Medicaid reform.
