Ah yes. The ostrich. My favorite forum game. Stick your head in the ground, pretend you see nothing, then attack the people who won't jump in the hole with you, while happily basking in the glow of having remained deliberately obstinate enough that you can pretend the facts aren't there and you're on the moral high ground.lol, I'm old and tech illiterate, but even I know how to post a link to something online if it exists. Maybe just admit youtold a falsehoodmade a mistake.

My assessment is based on my education and training in terrorism studies and countering violent extremism. It's my personal assessment that you're a pink unicorn.
Seems like the Nile is a river running directly through CF today.
What I find interesting is I skimmed through some of the threads on here when Trump was shot. A lot of people yelling at the Democrat/left members of the forum saying "the left is evil and did this!" and a lot of people replying back "well yeah, dude was probably on the left and hated Trump enough to want him dead, but he's a fringe outlier not representative of the whole, thank goodness." Then smatterings of condolences and well wishes with varying degrees of sincerity, but a lot of statements about how a free society doesn't shoot at elected officials simply because they don't like them.
Then here, on this one, dude is pretty apparently ridiculously far right, and the response has again been a mixture of "the left is evil and did this!" followed by "there's no proof he's a Trump supporter/far right/Christian/Republican/Conservative" and just total abject denial and refusal to believe the guy is what he's put out there for years that he is. And really, not many (if any) statements from the same crowd about what happened being awful and terrible and an attack on decent people and democracy as a whole.
So... That's a fun little nugget to reflect on.
He did travel to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Who cares who did what? It all boils down to man putting our will ahead of not only God but each other, clashing with all the other wills out there, finding the odd compatriot. Humanity at its stupid best. And now they are trying to pass this guy off as extremely religious, for opposing reasons. One, he is a zealot, two he is justified? Hardly. Gotta love how todays world condemns everyone before the facts, let alone a trial proves guilt. So anxious for their bit of flesh. We must have gotten to the point where you accept that it was a far right extremist who did the assassinations because now you have devolved into free-associating and dropping random vague “God is going to get you” bumper sticker philosophy. Took longer than it should of for you to get here, but it least you’re here now.
Well, generally due to causality, it's quite important to care who did what if you wish to understand what happened and why. Ignorance isn't something to aspire to.Who cares who did what?
We know what is happening and why. The minute details aren't important for all come from the same seed. Humans are acting in their same self-serving ways thy always have, furthering the chaos cause by the original sin of putting our will first. All based on self, in this case self-justification of self-determination of what is good or evil, and even calling one evil good. Of course the opposing team plays on their own self-interest and self-indignation to keep the ball perpetually rolling.Well, generally due to causality, it's quite important to care who did what if you wish to understand what happened and why. History covers "not only how events developed over time but also why they happened and in which contexts, providing an explanation of relevant background conditions and causal mechanisms. History further examines the meaning of historical events and the underlying human motives driving them."Well, generally due to causality, it's quite important to care who did what if you wish to understand what happened and why. I think “who cares who did what?” is the closest we will get to hearing “yup, we know, this extremist was a radicalized believer of far right ideology, which is uncomfortable for me as a far-right person” on this thread.Who cares who did what? Oh man, we’re dancing so close to the admitting that the guy was radicalized right, but just can’t stick the landing. We know what is happening and why. Right/left or whatever, all sides are at fault for putting 8 billion wills ahead of each other. We are working with stolen property and have no right to play this game.Oh man, we’re dancing so close to the admitting that the guy was radicalized right, but just can’t stick the landing.
This is just a Caesar salad of bumper sticker philosophy. Looks good on the back of a car, but little practical application beyond that.Right/left or whatever, all sides are at fault for putting 8 billion wills ahead of each other. To a non-believer in the ways of the Kingdom perhaps. Each to their ownThis is just a Caesar salad of bumper sticker philosophy. Looks good on the back of a car, but little practical application beyond that.
