Exactly where in Title 10 does it give the National Guard the ability to act in a law enforcement capacity? They can in Title 32 but they are under the control of the state Governor.

No, you said "Trump has every right to call the NG to defend federal agents and/or federal property." Title 10 does not give the President the authority to use the National Guard in a law enforcement capacity, which is what was occurring in LA.

Title 32 does give the NG that ability but it must be under the authority of the state Governor.

Title ten does not give him this right. Title 32 does give him the right to call the NG but the Guard remains under the control of the Governor not the President.
