The military can only protect federal property, they cannot be deployed on US soil against US citizens unless the Insurrection Act is invoked.
It is highly unusual for them to be used even in this capacity and this is likely headed to another judge ruling against Trump

By the way, of those arrested who were involved in rioting who arrested them? LA PD? LA County? Neither one of those agencies check the legal status if the arrested. So all of them could be illegals and we would never know in California because thats how California works.

From George Floyd to Jan 6 to any sports related riots, most all of these are caused, led and instigated by American citizens.

And the Democrats going after Trump for trying to protect LE is just going to continue to cause further erosion of Democrats. I watched some video feed of early morning when forces were being deployed, It was amusing to see the Guardsmen lining up shield to shield like yesterday, then the LAPD lined up to prevent demonstrators from approaching them.
