I don't see people trying to score political points. What I see people doing is expressing skepticism about the information we're being told given that they've been given inaccurate information about Biden's state of health before. Given that he clearly has deteriorated, a fact that was again deliberately covered up, it seems entirely possible that this fact, too, was covered up. If we know that Biden's health conditions has been covered up--and they were covered up--then I can completely understand skepticism that it is only now we found out about this prostate diagnosis and that it wasn't known or covered up before, especially given various aspects of it seem unlikely. Unlikely things happen, of course, but again we're coming off of a cover-up about this guy's health, so wondering if maybe this was something else that was covered up doesn't seem unreasonable.
I'm definitely not going to say there was a cover-up here. It seems unlikely he'd undergo nothing that would have revealed the prostate cancer before it metastasized, but it's possible. But when we're coming off a cover-up about the very same person's health, I'm going to be a lot more suspicious than I normally would be.
