A second Democratic Congressman filed letters of impeachment on Trump today. His were more comprehensive and focused than the first. They will sit around until Democrats get Congress back in 2026. Apparently Trump's $100 million attorneys are already working on impeachment defenses.

But we could also look to the way maga people have gone increasingly quiet around places just like this. The rah rah enthusiasm has been toned down quite a bit.

I dont think we'll see them turn to overt criticism though. That would feel too much like self examination.

I never saw that kind of abject devotion to Biden, or Harris for that matter. Even with Obama the die hards toned it down once they realized he wasnt the radical change maker they dreamed of.
