And the circle continues. Now here is the part where I say he did receive due process, then you tell me he didn't. Then I provide the documentation again, then you dismiss them only to respond with emotional hyperbole and CNN talking points.
Then I am at a loss to understand your point of view. Do you not think the recent SCOTUS ruling calls on the president to expend a reasonable effort to return Garcia?
Your forgetting they believe as a failed third world state the USA has zero power to ask for the return of an individual they are paying to be housed in the El Salvador Concentration camp.
If deporting them violates due process in this country, yes. How about you? Do you think it important to protect the idea of due process and the rule of law in our country or should our executive branch be able to deport people despite a judges ruling, refuse to bring them back, and suffer no repercussions?
I think Trump is making a reasonable effort considering the circumstances.

Foreign citizens do not have a right to be in the united states. They can be deported for any reason, or no reason at all.
Oh yes? You can just violate a judges specific orders and nothings happens? Seems odd they have deportation courts if you don't need a reason.
