Lie about it. That has never been a problem for this administration.
So you prefer to have criminals brought back into the united states with false crimes rather than deporting them because of real crimes?

He was deported because he came here illegally and deported early because he was a violent member of a terrorist group.
He was also a wife beater. So I have no sympathy for him for that reason alone.

Due process, again.
And the circle continues. Now here is the part where I say he did receive due process, then you tell me he didn't. Then I provide the documentation again, then you dismiss them only to respond with emotional hyperbole and CNN talking points.

Of course the president should.
Then I am at a loss to understand your point of view. Do you not think the recent SCOTUS ruling calls on the president to expend a reasonable effort to return Garcia?

Such as in Dred Scott? What do you think?
I think Dred Scott was the law of the land until it was overturned. What do you think? Do you think it OK for our government to simply ignore rulings it disagrees with?

Your forgetting they believe as a failed third world state the USA has zero power to ask for the return of an individual they are paying to be housed in the El Salvador Concentration camp.

After just 3 months the USA is a failed state

If deporting them violates due process in this country, yes. How about you? Do you think it important to protect the idea of due process and the rule of law in our country or should our executive branch be able to deport people despite a judges ruling, refuse to bring them back, and suffer no repercussions?

No, no, that was under Biden. We are once again the envy of the world and respected like no other while being powerless to deal with El Salvador. We are Schrodinger's country.

I think Trump is making a reasonable effort considering the circumstances.

“I think we did the right thing, I think he’s where he should be,” Homan told Kaitlan Collins on CNN. “Even if he came back, people think he’s going to be released? No, he’s going to be detained and he’s going to be removed, as per the order of removal, either to El Salvador or another country."

As long as he gets his day in court. And he gets sent where the court says he can be sent [currently he can't be sent to El Salvador].

There are openings at Guantanamo Bay.

I see. So when I say "Trump is not trying to bring this individual back" and you agree you think that is a reasonable effort? No effort is reasonable?

I don't care. I believe due process is important and should be followed. How about you? Do you think we should follow due process?

Foreign citizens do not have a right to be in the united states. They can be deported for any reason, or no reason at all.

Oh yes? You can just violate a judges specific orders and nothings happens? Seems odd they have deportation courts if you don't need a reason.
