You mean leaving Denmark? Or what alliance are Greenlanders supposed to be leaving? The leaders of Greenland are too thin-skinned and too proud, in my opinion, if they are going to allow themselves to leave the alliance because of stuff like that.
The USMCA was a great trade-deal, until the Canadians decided that they’d like to remain a separate sovereign nation, because they’re selfishly refusing to become a State and share in our tremendous $36T of “wealth”.Are you saying USMCA was a poor trade deal?
Just what dummy brokered that agreement? Oh wait.
Also, Canada does have a free trade agreement with the EU. Might be that a few countries haven't yet signed off on it though, I have to admit I don't remember that exactly.Canada eyes more ways to ship oil to China as U.S. threatens trade
Canadian Crude Becomes a Bargain for China as US Tariffs Bite
Maybe, but certainly not at the rate of tariffs they face in the US.
No, fear in their imagination caused it. Did you forget the Western propaganda about Russia invading NATO? Your country is a perfect example. How long have you been neutral? Putin has been warning us since 2008 about Ukraine and Georgia.NATO forced nations to join it? I have to admit, that's news to me.

If you view the world through the lens of peace, you wouldn't allow every country surrounding Russia to become a NATO member. Would you allow Taiwan to join the NATO country club?
Do you honestly think that there are no tariffs in Europe or China? Shipping their product to another continent will not raise the cost?
Maybe, but certainly not at the rate of tariffs they face in the US.
Didn't say they don't. What I said was China is not imposing the same across the board tariffs as the US is doing with Canada.
Trump is imposing a 25% tariff - did you read your own link>HERE. Like every other nation, less the US, they are product targeted.
I guess ideologies have a hard time with what I wrote.Yes, it was the collective imagination of Finland and Sweden and left wing radio spreading lies about Mother Russia that convinced them to join an international gangster organization.
Yes, Canada has tariffs on the US on targeted products. Always has. And yes, the US has tariffs on Canadian products on targeted products. Always has. It's only Trump who has initiated the idea of across the board tariffs. It's Trump who started this whole thing so the claim about this being "reciprocal" falls flat. Even in this escalation Canada is still only talking targeted tariffs and so far, not across the board.Donald Trump did NOT really threaten Canada with military force. As for economic pressure, it is well known that the Canadian economy doesn't have to spend too very much on their military because of their NATO alliance and their long, long alliance with the USA. On the other hand, Canada has had, and still does have, very strong tariffs on American imports. What President Trump has said that there is going to be reciprocal tariffs on Canada in response to the Canadian tariffs on American products. He was negotiating with Trudeau and Canada in order to get them to do more for northern border security than they been doing in the past. His suggestion of Canada of becoming a US state is not one with which I would ever agree with. However, it is also very, very clear that there is less than a snowball's chance in Hades that Canada would indeed become one of the states in the USA. Everyone acknowledges this. Yet, our friends in Canada appear to get very, very, very insulted over an idea or suggestion that we know simply ain't going to become a reality at all.
???? Yes, targeted and not across the board just like I said.Trump is imposing a 25% tariff - did you read your own link>

Good grief - it is the very first line on your 'proof' - 100% ADDITIONAL.
Which number is more? 25% or and ADDITIONAL 100%
Wow, rarely does one see a post filled with this much arrogance and ignorance. Neutral? Hard to say, post WW2 Finland wasn't given much of a choice on the matter. Military nonaligned would be the actual term. Joining the EU by the latest wiped any sort of neutrality away. No, fear in their imagination caused it. Did you forget the Western propaganda about Russia invading NATO? Your country is a perfect example. How long have you been neutral? Putin has been warning us since 2008 about Ukraine and Georgia.

I'm just pointing out the proof you offered showing that China is a minimum four times higher than the US in Tariffs -???? Yes, targeted and not across the board just like I said.
Are freedom, liberty, democracy and the right of any country (no matter how small or how close to some giant) to self-determination "ideologies" or simply civilized human values?I guess ideologies have a hard time with what I wrote.
Yes, on specific targeted products just like the US has 100% or as you put it, "four times higher" on some countries products.I'm just pointing out the proof you offered showing that China is a minimum four times higher than the US in Tariffs -
If you don't like the numbers - you should not have posted them as proof.
If the numbers are not correct - you should not have posted them as proof.
If the numbers are not germane to the topic - you should not have posted them as proof.
Why you are arguing against your own proof is beyond me.
I can see why you supported NAZI Germany and Russia was wary of Finland because of it. Back then Nazis weren't allowed to join NATO. Russia hasn't messed with neutral Finland for 80 years.WW2 Finland wasn't given much of a choice on the matter.
And if you knew history, you'd know that Putin warned us in 2008 about Ukraine and Georgia. You've probably read here on these forums, but you chose to deny the information. If you viewed the world through the lense of reality, you'd see why Russia and it's actions drew such a reaction. But you don't and won't.
Have you heard of NATO countryclub's open door policy; is Inda within the geographical locaton for NATO.And Taiwan can't join NATO due to geographical location, so maybe pull out a better question from wherever that was pulled from?
Of course, but be an adult on the world stage; sometimes you have to say no if you want peace instead of the destruction and loss of life for both Russia and Ukraine. Are freedom, liberty, democracy and the right of any country (no matter how small or how close to some giant) to self-determination "ideologies" or simply civilized human values?
Yes, you need to say no - to the country that thinks it can decide for others.Of course, but be an adult on the world stage; sometimes you have to say no if you want peace instead of the destruction and loss of life for both Russia and Ukraine.
This is why they vote, and usually, countries follow the USA's decisions on membership.Yes, you need to say no - to the country that thinks it can decide for others.
