It has happenedThis one has been discussed many, many times on here. The perpetrator was not trans and didn't identify as trans or dress as a girl in order to gain access to the bathroom.
Didn't happen in a bathroom.
Happened in a private residence.
That was a men's restroom, and a boy was assaulted, not a girl.
So far, you're 0/4. Remember, the claim was that trans women are assaulting women in public restrooms.
Alright, you found one instance. However, it should be noted that it's not clear whether or not the perp identified as transgender and was female-presenting at the time (given that the crime occurred in 2014 and the article is from 2022).It has happened
Hannah Tubbs, who identifies as a transgender female, has a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes in multiple states.![]()
Woman who sexually assaulted 10-year-old girl as teen will serve sentence in juvenile facility
A violent offender convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl will serve her sentence in a Los Angeles County youth facility, despite being 26 years old.abc7.com
How many girls have to be raped before its a problem?Alright, you found one instance. However, it should be noted that it's not clear whether or not the perp identified as transgender and was female-presenting at the time (given that the crime occurred in 2014 and the article is from 2022).
A single occurrence, while bad, is hardly indicative of a pervasive problem though.

California trans child molester, 26, gets 2 years in juvenile facility thanks to progressive DA Gascon
Because Tubbs began identifying as female after she was taken into custody,
people who do these kinds of things will identify as whatever they feel gets them more attention. so, its irrelevant. However, it should be noted that it's not clear whether or not the perp identified as transgender and was female-presenting at the time
So it's gone from happening one time that we know of, to happening zero times that we know of.So he transitioned so he could be jailed in a women’s facility
Maybe. I'm not a mind-reader.So he transitioned so he could be jailed in a women’s facility
It's relevant to the claim that transgender women are using their access to women's restrooms to assault women and girls.people who do these kinds of things will identify as whatever they feel gets them more attention. so, its irrelevant.
Rape is already illegal. How many girls have to be raped before its a problem?
Well, by your repeated own mantra, a person born as a woman should be going to a woman's toilet, which is what she did.But you wouldn't know. And I don't think trsns is the issue here. This woman was doing everything she can to look like a man. And she wasn't trans. If you are really trying to look look like a man, trans or not, and are succeeding so well that people think you are one then you need to accept the consequences of that. And one of those is some may believe you are man going into the women's room and doing something you shouldn't be doing.
or runs around parliament building shouting Help there is a man in the girls room. Hoping to get the first Trans woman in congress into trouble. But knowing that this trans woman isn't a sex offender and will not present any risk whatsoever.Morton, who identifies as masculine-presenting or a “stud,”

The possible crime is assault or unlawful surveillance.
Have men gone into women's barhroom and assaulted them or done surreptitious surveillance? Needed to lift her skirt? I don't think she was dressed like a woman. She was trying to look like a man and was successful.
A person who went into a stall and didn't undress in front of others would not usually present a problem. Apparently it did in this case when it shouldn't have.Well, by your repeated own mantra, a person born as a woman should be going to a woman's toilet, which is what she did.
Making a big deal of a person going into the bathroom, going to a stall, locking the stall door, doing their business, coming out, washing their hands and then leaving the bathroom, is silly.
It would be a different matter if this person was trying to approach other people in the bathrooms, was getting close to them, telling them they are pretty, trying to touch them.
Do you understand? Get worried about what a person does, not who a person appears to be.
Some women, especially people that have been riled up by toxic right wing media like Tucker, are going to get paranoid and triggered very easily.A person who went into a stall and didn't undress in front of others would not usually present a problem. Apparently it did in this case when it shouldn't have.
What women want to avoid is being exposed to male genitalia in women's only spaces
I don't frequent women's bathrooms, so I am only guessing here. But as far as I know, they don't have urinals in women's bathrooms. What women want to avoid is being exposed to male genitalia in women's only spaces
It's happened in a residential bathroom, in a men's restroom,in prisons and in a wooded area. Women (and boys) have reason to be concerned. So it's gone from happening one time that we know of, to happening zero times that we know of.
Far more cisgender men have assaulted men, women, boys, and girls in all manner of places - men's restrooms, women's restrooms, prisons, residential bathrooms, wooded areas, bedrooms, living rooms, offices, boardrooms, bars, restaurants, churches, and so on. And yet, legally restricting which bathrooms people can use based on their sex doesn't seem to have been a concern until around 2013 or so.It's happened in a residential bathroom, in a men's restroom,in prisons and in a wooded area.
