Some women, especially people that have been riled up by toxic right wing media like Tucker, are going to get paranoid and triggered very easily.
Just the hint that a "man" is in the bathroom is going to get their heart racing, their blood boiling, and get the trying to make a scene of it all.

Far more cisgender men have assaulted men, women, boys, and girls in all manner of places - men's restrooms, women's restrooms, prisons, residential bathrooms, wooded areas, bedrooms, living rooms, offices, boardrooms, bars, restaurants, churches, and so on. And yet, legally restricting which bathrooms people can use based on their sex doesn't seem to have been a concern until around 2013 or so.
