According to the Constitution, for "any person".For citizens, yes.
Sending them back to the country that they were born and lived is not a blood lust.Who has bloodlust specifically?
A judicial proceeding that should last about as long as it takes to bang a gavel. You know what goes in the middle? A judicial proceeding.
Sure. If are an MS13 gang member. As in threats made, threats executed?
I don't know enough to say one way or the other on many of those things he has been accused of. I DO know that all the latest presidents (and their appointees) did too, but weren't generally called on it. FWIW, I'm not a big Trump fan. I just don't like hypocrites, nor those who wish to control me and my money. And to obey federal law. Trump is doing neither in a lot of cases.
Promises made - Promises kept -
11 million more to go...
11 million more to go...
Not American politics, of course,
but for hope, "that big" , even bigger than we can imagine, look to heaven. No one can climb in.
Who was the left’s Rush Limbaugh, would you say?(Staff edited)
Lol, I keep seeing this meme, a guy asking a girl who is looking at her phone, her brow furrowed, "What are we upset about today?" She says, "They haven't told me yet." It is the liberals who need an antagonist to beat up on. History shows that liberals (by and large) don't really want problems solved—they only want to be effective, to feel useful, and they speak in those terms. THEY want to affect others, to make their mark, etc, and not to live peacefully. Even when something they push for happens, their joy is short-lived and the victory soon forgotten.
Generally speaking, the only conservatives I have seen with blood lust are drunks or madmen. The huge majority of us only want safety (that's one purpose for government), to include safety from crime, robbery/lying of all sorts as concerns our well-being, and the continuing opportunity to pursue happiness. And we want government to leave us alone—not to tell us what to do.
Oh, and we want Government to abide by the Constitution —not in spite of the Constitution. We don't want Government to protect the individual from self-harm, nor to take away our ability to defend ourselves and those we love against those who would do us harm. We don't want to be straight-jacketed into not harming ourselves, nor government-forced into letting government defend us.
Its almost like there was already laws in place that just needed to be enforced.“Hundreds of thousands of criminals were let into this country illegally. We are sending them home, and they will never be allowed to return.” - Secretary Noem![]()
Under President Trump ICE Arrests Have Increased by 627% | Homeland Security
Today, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced that in a single month under President Trump more than 20,000 illegal aliens were arrested.www.dhs.gov
Fantastic job! Remember all of the Democrats who insisted their bill needed to be passed in order for Biden to properly secure the border?
Its almost like there was already laws in place that just needed to be enforced.
And this is probably the main reason he was elected. And he's had months to devise a plan (or at least the concept of a plan). And ICE has been working flat out. Yet from here: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/tr...utes-expand-immigration-crackdown-2025-02-21/
'U.S. President Donald Trump deported 37,660 people during his first month in office...'
So, let me see. Divide this by that, carry the one...and he'll get that all done by 2049.
depends on how long they have been here. Certain people have pretty much no rights and can be deported as soon as 24-48 hours after contact. That's a lot of people to house and feed while their legal proceedings continue.
As I understand it, this is mostly for 'border encounters'.depends on how long they have been here. Certain people have pretty much no rights and can be deported as soon as 24-48 hours after contact.
It is mostly for border encunters, but it can also be for people if they commit another crime, are within a certain detentence of the border 100MI or in some cases under Trump if they are contacted and cannot prove that they have been here for a minimum of two yearsAs I understand it, this is mostly for 'border encounters'.
One of the important things to note is that they have dropped a huge amount over the past year. If that situation continues, Trump is likely going to have to remain content with his bronze medal in the Deporter in Chief Olympics.
The right railing against "thieves who snuck in by the back window" and criminals (and just, like, regular people with families) entering the country illegally after electing a literal convicted felon to the highest office in the country will never not be funny to me. ...and sad.Too bad we can't actually hope that big, but it sure would be nice to have all the people in our country to be either citizens or invited guests, as opposed to being a nation full of thieves who snuck in by the back window in the night with no respect for our nation, it's laws, and it's people.
