Your middle link seems to be news of an indictment of a person who had misappropriated funds, during the end of the Biden era, indicating that the system of accounting works (eventually) without pulling all aid at once like a miser snapping that coin purse shut!

Those links aren't perfect I admit, bud USAID has been around for a long time but what I don't like about them is their link to the CIA. I don't like how Trump doing it either but I like he's doing it.

I figured most Americans would say yes.

"government waste" exists in low level throughout all governments. It's always going to exist, but with an inspector general watching over, that keeps down to a couple percent.

If you think, for example, all or most foreign aid is "wasteful" then take that up with Congress as they are the ones that ordered the President and agencies to distribute that aid.
