We are talking about people being detained. With quotas now been given expect to see a lot more of that. It is discrimination IF a person is not detained because that person has a Texas accent and a SS#
IT is not unusual for employers to pay a section of even legal workers "under the table."
During an ICE raid, EVERY ONE is detained until all the papers are checked against government records.
ICE raids on workplaces is for taxes, income tax evasion and fraudulent papers.

I have been through ICE workplace raids.

I would rather be detained by ICE than face an IRS audit.

IF a person is driving, must have ID at all times. Can be detained for not producing Drivers License
IF a person is passing through a Border Check Point, have to produce ID
If ICE has a warrant for a workplace raid then you Must have a valid #SS number.
To obtain Welfare you must prove citizenship

In Arizona many illegals were self deported due to work place raids and lack of welfare.
An illegal cannot legally work in the US
An illegal cannot legally collect welfare
So exactly how is an illegal Legally going to live?

It is perfectly legal and not discriminatory to raid a workplace if that workplace is engaging in illegal work practices and income tax eveasion.
And detain all the employees and employers until the tax issues are sorted out. The IRS has the same and greater powers to command audience and that can be detention of many, many hours of paper inspection

I have repeatedly told you what the conditons are for ICE Enforcement in the United States.

You do realize that Border Patrol Agents are required to speak Spanish.
From what I see, most Border Patrol Agents in this area are Hispanic.

To accuse Spanish speaking Hispanic Border Patrol Agents of being racially motivated against foreign Spanish speaking hispanics is an absurdity.
More likely is the "Foreign" component that motivates the Border Patrol as it is the duty and function of that department to remove any undocumented foriegn citizens.

IF we went by "sounds foriegn" we would all have to depart.

These are the consequences of allowing millions if illegals into the country. It's also the consequences of lousy immigration enforcement and requirements.

If businesses were required to e verify we'd see a lot fewer issues. The fact that a business hires illegals, gets raided and some Americans get picked up in the sweep is ON the business for either deliberately hiring illegals or failing to make sure they were legitimately employable.

I am perfectly happy with whats going on and making sure illegals are being sent back.

Trump has already shown his willingness to hit the countries hard who refuse to take their people back. It's only been a couple of weeks. I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next couple of years.
