First of all I am not predicting rapture since Deut 13 warns against this sort of thing, do it's just a theory.

But it's interesting how Trump losing 2020 was instrumental in creating "last Trump". If Trump were to win 2020, we would have had single 8-year term, so it won't really be "last". But losing 2020 created a gap between two terms, resulting in the second term becoming "last Trump".

It's also quite neat that that verse doesn't say "last trumpet" but rather says "last Trump".

Boy, Holy Spirit must be doing cartwheels with you.

Sharp cookie aren't you. The time is near, but watch out... You just baited every nay-sayer in the world. lol

People have all their plans and they are booked fifteen years out.

They just can't imagine that it would be that plainly in their face. But ummm, don't look now! They better be ready.

It isn't so much with me, that it is or needs to be proof. It IS THOUGH, that no one is ready, and IF this is the case. OUCH. lol

People are being unloving, teaching things God didn't say, holding grudges, being bitter, and taking vacations etc........

Matthew 24:44
Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Everyone thinks it can't be, it just can't be... scoff scoff... and if it is???

Pack your bags folks, and bless you Lord Jesus!

Let them disbelieve if they want. Joshua and Caleb are the only ones who entered the promised land!

For God's own. Stay READY.

The "trump" pun only works in English. The Greek word used for "trumpet" in I Corinthians 15:52 doesn't sound like the name of our current president at all. Sorry, but it's just coincidence.

I agree that the pun seems improbable as it is only in English, there is no way of knowing if this is the "last Trump" either since Baron or another Trump might also be possible.

You do realize that the Bible was not written in English, right?

And therefore the similarity of the two words in English is biblically irrelevant. In Greek, the word for a trumpet is σάλπιγξ - "salpigx".

Could "last trump" be a puzzle to be decoded (similarly to 666 puzzle to decode) and in this case decoding happens to involve English. Of course, back in 1-st century they could neither predict English nor the fact that it would refer to a person. But now that we are getting closer the pieces began to fall together.

No. Paul did not write to Americans, he wrote to Greeks.

Sadly these four years will allow Trump to be extreme in policy (and I pray that doesn't happen) because of his comeback whereas if he had one second term in 2020 he would have more restraints in government.

Kinda foolish to try to estimate when the rapture will come since no one knows and there are too many good arguments about the rapture. I can honestly say I don't know.

lol

This is exactly... why I believe it can be literally any day now.

I think some people need to do more homework and less assuming in my humble opinion because I'm not basing my conclusion on the name-sake alone for a certainty. I would not suggest anyone do that at all.

Scoff. Deduce. Call it silly and impossible. Add to the list of doubters. It's a long list.

Time tells all things and you'd better hope you aren't wrong.

Because if you are...

Joshua and Caleb.

Matthew 24:32-33
32“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
33So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!

Luke 19:43-44
43For days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment around you, surround you and close you in on every side,
44and level you, and your children within you, to the ground; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

Matthew 25:10-13
10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
11“Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ 12But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
13“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.

Regardless of your stance...

I pray we are all ready.

No, he didn't write to Greeks. He wrote to future Christians to look out for the sign that is sealed but will be unsealed at the time. So as it happens the Christians at the time are Americans which can be part of unsealing: the knowledge that wasn't available at the time.

I meant last in a sense of it being his last term. So Trump is not the man with last name Trump, but the 4-year term when Trump is president.

Why is it, in English version, they translated it as "trump" rather than "trumpet"?

Because when the KJV was translated back in the 16th/17th century, "trump" was an alternate way to write "trumpet" (though even back then, some other translations like the Geneva Bible used "trumpet"). That usage of trump as a synonym for trumpet has since fallen into disuse and modern translations instead use "trumpet" or "trumpet blast".

I assume by "the verse", you've moved from Deuteronomy 13, to this verse:

“in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” (1Co 15:52 NKJV)

You'll notice that the New King James Version does indeed say "Trumpet." That is what "trump" means in modern English. I don't think that we can apply the verse to the president of the USA, just because his surname happens to be the same as an obsolete English word used in older bible translations.

There are only two genuine terms for a president. One has been spent. If a third is initiated, it is illegitimate. He also made mention, paraphrasing, "you won't have to vote in 4 years dear Christians."

What is on the way, people are not ready for. The shift that is about to hit the world is catastrophic, and while people are eating their bon bons and sipping their fancy drinks watching their tv... sudden chaos and confusion and great power will be thrust upon them.

Those who heed God's warnings and prepare their souls will be ready. Those who disregard and scoff and mock and are cold hearted, will be sitting ducks for the systems and traps being set right now.

Life is not a game, the world we were born in is not paradise, and it is in the middle of a war that Satan will not stop and people everywhere are "assuming" they are "safe."

No one is safe, and God didn't tell them such, so there is no excuse. God told them a roaring lion is after them. Most people I know of, know of God's warnings. They just ignore them.

The signs are everywhere, and people aren't watching or counting them. They are desensitized to extremes, but the indications are in their face.

Matthew 16:2-3
2He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; 3and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times. 4A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” And He left them and departed.

Oh, he's the last Trump alright. He knows it. Time tells all things, and there isn't much time left.

If anyone doesn't know Christ and doesn't call Him Lord, they better start praying and seeking now.

Or they will lose their opportunity to do so without losing their head. Christians will not be tolerated in the brave new world post rapture.

Oh the rapture thingy.

The first thing reaped by the angels are the tares, so being reaped second is best.

Not in my Bible.

Matthew 24:36-42
36“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. 42Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.

Just like in the flood of Noah, the wicked people didn't know they would be taken away. So it is.

Just like in the flood of Noah, the wicked people didn't know they would be taken away. So it is.

Lord Jesus is the boat of salvation my man... He isn't reaping people unto destruction.

The Tribulation will be on the Earth where the people were "left" behind... Not in the Heavens with the Lord.

Thessalonians continues this narrative, Revelation also has no word for Church in chapters 4-19 anywhere to be found.

If the Lord is "coming" to "take" people, He isn't "taking" them to destroy them...

The people who died in the flood were left on the Earth, not lifted above it.

Not only this, but the Lord Himself does not reap the tares. The angels do that.

Also, you have your events backwards. Revelation records the same as Matthew concerning the order.

It is not tares first.

First Lord Jesus reaps His own, then the angel reaps the tares.

Revelation 14:14-19
14Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud sat One like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle. 15And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap, for the time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” 16So He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.

17Then another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.

18And another angel came out from the altar, who had power over fire, and he cried with a loud cry to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, “Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe.” 19So the angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
