The Trump family could then move to Windsor Castle and became King of This Manifest Destiny. There are convincing arguments on both sides of the 14th amendment issue. We all know this going to wind up in the Supreme Court. It is an interpretation issue and not as cut and dry as many claim.

There isn't any "minimum requirement" of people to become a state.

Indeed, Greenland's population is only slightly less than Wyoming's population when it was admitted as a state in 1890 (Wyoming had 62,000 people, while Greenland has about 56,000). There might have been states with even lower populations at time of admission.

You are assuming the interpretation you believe is correct will stand. It is possible that may not be the case when it gets to the Supreme Court.

It really isn't about a different 'interpretation'. The Supreme Court can make any decision they want, regardless of what the Constitution says. There's nothing to stop them making arbitrary decisions.

Even if the SC doesn't simply make the decisions the Leader wants them to make, he'll just pack the court with sycophants.
