Their proof is not proof at all. All they do is make claims, but never provide evidence to back up their claims. For example, Witsit vaping. Do they have any examples of how people's breath should be in an extremely dry and cold climate and whether it would be different or not if a person exhaled after vaping in such a climate? Of course not. No evidence is offered.

Yes he does, he gives us examples of people who are truly in Antarctica and how their breath would be in such a cold climate.

I'm not trying to deflect. This (anonymous) flat earther clearly says at 8:35 in the video "real people with no agenda while in Antarctica". What???? Real people with no agenda in Antarctica??? All of a sudden people with no agenda are allowed in Antarctica! This is a clear example of how flat earthers contradict themselves trying to prove one point they hold while ignoring another! If nobody is allowed in Antarctica, then these "real people with no agenda while in Antarctica" must also be faking it. So why is this flat earther claiming that they have "no agenda"?

These are the sort of questions you should be asking instead of swallowing flat earther claims as if they "know". They don't "know". All they're doing is making claims that don't make sense when the evidence is examined critically.

As for the breath being visible for these "real people with no agenda while in Antarctica", as per the quote I gave in my last post, humidity plays a large part in this. Higher humidity means more water vapour being visible. And humidity varies in Antarctica. The camps they were headed to were Whichaway Camp (a half hours flight from where they were) and Echo Camp (a quick drive from the runway). Both are located far nearer the coast of Antarctica than Union Glacier Camp, as is the runway where they landed, meaning there would be far more humidity there.

You are prepared to believe an anonymous flat earther with clear disinformation as his 'evidence' and alleged "proof" over personal eyewitness testimony from Christian believers like Charles Duke who love the Lord and preach Christ! That says it all as far as I'm concerned!

So what's happened?

The Final Experiment was about taking flat earthers and globe earthers to Antarctica to discover the truth about the shape of the earth. You said you know the shape of the earth to be a globe. This was as a result of watching Charlie Duke's testimony, not because of the outcome of the final experiment.
You previously said that the journey to accept the new shape of the universe would be hard, but with God's help, you would get there.

I will have struggles at times but like you said I will turn to the Lord for help.
I know understand how the flat earth was a load of nonsense (never thought I'd hear myself say that ) so now I must learn a new concept all about the Universe this won't be easy But never mind I'll do it.

Now you are saying "hey; I'm back on the trail ; this Antarctica stuff is fake".

Now you've found some clips on YouTube which say that the Final Experiment was fake - you found them because you went looking for them - and you say that it was the Bible which led you to believe them.

Either you believe Charles Duke, you meant what you said that his testimony gave you goose pimples and you were sincere when you thanked God for leading you to the truth, or you didn't and you weren't.

I have never promoted Jaran nor David Weiss. You however have posted stuff about Weiss claiming he speaks the truth. Now you've changed your tune (yet again!) You said similar things about Eric Dubay and then went back to believing him again! And Dubay isn't just an unbeliever, he goes out of his way to speak against God and Jesus. Yet, knowing this for certain, you accepted his words as truth. So don't try the "pure atheist" thing with Jaran and Weiss. That hasn't made any difference for you with Dubay.

How do you expect people to trust a word you say? You are not being in the least bit consistent.

You don't just happen to stumble on these videos. You make a clear and conscious choice to watch them! But you don't watch them with a critical eye. You are more than prepared to accept what they say without question. The first video is clear and obvious disinformation. The anonymous person has omitted or ignored critical details like the locations of the people with visible breath. He also ignores claims (which you have also claimed) that people are not allowed to go to Antarctica. That alone proves this flat earther is dishonest to say the least.

You're not "on the trail again", you never left it! And the "obstacles" are of your own making. You made it clear to me on another thread that you were done debating the shape of the earth and that it is in God's hands now. I respected that & made a conscious choice not to bring it up again with you. Yet here you are again....and more embedded in it than ever….

There’s no problem questioning, but that’s not what you’re doing. I’ve addressed two clear points about the first video which do not add up. Your response was “stop being silly” and to imply I was deflecting.

That’s not questioning, that’s believing what you want to believe and nothing else.

The anonymous guy making claims in it is clearly being dishonest. But you believe him.

I would guess you have accepted it without question partly because having been a flat-earther for a long time it will take a while to accept something different. This is understandable and you even said this yourself and said you believed God would help you.
Another reason you may have accepted it without question is that deep down, you want to. Either that or you-know-who is whispering in your ear that globe earth people are denying God. You don't have to listen to him; in fact, you shouldn't.

You, yourself, said that you knew there would be struggles but that you would get over them with the Lord's help. Now you are saying there are too many obstacles to ignore.
Don't forget that when we struggle and find things tough it is most likely that we have disturbed/annoyed the devil. He doesn't like the truth and he hates people getting closer to God. If he is getting at you, you were doing something right.

So, to be clear:
either you didn't mean when you said, "hand on heart I believed every word", about Charles Duke's testimony, you are repenting of having written a prayer asking for forgiveness, and didn't mean that God would help you in your struggles.
Or you still believe that the experience you had when you watched his testimony was true, but the Bible contradicts it and so you believe in a flat earth again.

Oh, don't apologise to me.
You need to explain to God why you wrote a prayer asking for forgiveness for doubting the moon landings and thanking him for showing you the truth. You need to explain why you publicly said that you would have struggles accepting the new shape of the earth but that with God's help, you would get there, and why you said that you would turn to the Lord for help in those struggles.

"The shape of the earth is not important, what matters is being right with God". YOU said that - several threads back - and it was absolutely correct.

What are you going to do now; repent of having repented? How are you going to be right with God when you publicly said you would ask him to help you and are now saying that you didn't mean that and don't need it?
I don't care what shape you think the earth is. I do care that you claimed you were going to trust in God and ask for his help with your struggles - and at the first "obstacle", you give in and return to your former ways, while claiming that you are only doing it because of God's word.

If you really mean that you don't now accept Charles Duke's video and that saying sorry and asking for God's help was a mistake, you're on your own. Clearly, we can't accept anything you say.

I.E. you wrote a prayer saying that you were sorry and said that you intended to trust him and ask for his help - but have now thrown that back in his face. Or are you hoping that God will forget about that if you claim that you are only obeying his word?
