Does God Do All that He does for his own glory and if he did other than he did would that be less to his glory?

Also I am wondering is it possible for God to do something morally neutral or is all God does morally good. I think that since God's actions are from his person they are all good somehow. Definitely none wrong.

All God's actions, even his love, are governed by his justice.

It is true that God chooses only some and not others.

The only cause is his sovereign choice to do so (Jn 3:3-8).

The best way to know God is through study of the Scriptures..
