I’m not trusting NASA but eye witness testimony from Christian astronauts who testify to Jesus as Lord and Saviour like Charles Duke, Jeff Williams, Barry Wilmore and Tracy Dyson.

Just because someone is a Christian doesn't mean they wont lie if the price is right $. Some will some wont it all depends on their testimonies.

When people like Charles Duke and Barry Wilmore put their personal reputations on the line in front of the world for Christ and His gospel of salvation, and at the same time attest to their firsthand experiences in space, that’s worth far more than anyone preaching opinions.

Based on what? Your purely subjective opinion? You place the ISS where helium balloons max out but how does the ISS remain aloft? There are no exhaust trails and it travels much faster than even a balloon in the jetstream and never stops to refuel. Your speculation is pure fantasy.

If Lord Jesus is "...the way, the truth, and the life: ..." --- The truth concerning our world does indeed matter

Why?
Salvation is through Jesus, not the shape of the earth. Jesus, not the shape of the earth, is the Way to the Father. Jesus, not the shape of the earth, sends his Holy Spirit.
Knowing the shape of the earth benefits no one; knowing Jesus changes everything.

I know of a great, great number of people who have come to faith and believing in Lord Jesus through seeing their world clearly.

The earth is the Lord's and he speaks through his creation. Paul says in Romans that people who don't know him can see all that he has made.
I've read of scientists who have studied the vastness of the Milky Way and concluded that there is a God. I've read of scientists who are Christians whose faith has been strengthened by their scientific discoveries. None have believed that the earth is flat.

This is absolutely at the top of God's list of heart priorities. Seeking and saving all who would is His idea and will, not ours.

Yes - it is God's work that we believe in Jesus, John 6:29, and God's will that we believe in Jesus, John 6:40.
Jesus is the Way to God and gives eternal life. No one, and nothing, else can do that; certainly not the shape of the earth.

God's children have a right to know where they live and a right to have lies exposed if they have been told them.

God's children live IN Jesus, John 15:4-6.
We all know that we live on planet earth - the shape of which is completely unimportant. The world, and everything in all creation, was made by God, through Jesus.
This is all we need to know; it is God's world, made by him through Jesus, Psalm 24:1, John 1:3, Colossians 1:15-16.
If it was essential for us to know the shape of the world, in order to believe and have eternal life, God would have told us and Jesus would have taught it.

I don't think it a subject that division and strife should be caused over it.

I've been on this journey for over twenty years. I don't expect anyone to understand the importance of this right off.

In all my 40+ years as a Christian, no one has ever said, or taught, that it is of any importance at all.
People at church, in Bible study groups and so on, discuss many things -verses and doctrines that are puzzling. The shape of the earth has never been a topic for discussion; ever.

This is not, in and of itself, a salvation issue and many people never even consider these things and maybe God didn't intend for them to.

Who knows how many people have gone to meet someone who walked on the moon and ended up hearing the Gospel and becoming a Christian?
And you - who can never prove that he didn't do what he said that he did - can only say "lies."
12 men have walked on the moon, and you are accusing all of lying - even the Christians among them. How are you going to explain that one to God? "Yes Lord, I did slag off my fellow believers because their testimonies did not fit with my beliefs"? Good luck.

But you don't accept their testimonies - unless they fit with your beliefs. There are photographs of the earth taken from space, yet you won't accept them.
You have no evidence at all that people are being paid to lie about such things.

You have called his testimony amazing. He is on the ISS right now. He has photographed the globe earth. But you won’t accept his evidence. Why not?

It can only be because you are so entrenched in your flat earth beliefs and conspiracy theories that it would devastate you if the earth is truly a globe.

And it most certainly is. The globe earth is the earth that God created for His glory. To Him be all glory.
