  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

God does not distinguish between the clean class of people from the unclean class today. If you don't believe that and you wish to wager on it,

I am taking wagers here. This OP is NOT to discuss whether or not the proposition is true. This thread focuses on wagering on what you believe.
Let proposition P1 = God does not distinguish between the clean class of people from the unclean class today.
P2 = not P1.
Between 0 and 10, how much weight do you put on each of the above propositions? The stronger your belief in a proposition, the higher the weight. Your weighting scheme will determine the betting odds.

A person is clean iff he is ceremonially clean according to OT laws.

Please define or describe what is the "clean class" and the "unclean class" of people, as you mean them in this OP.

They are defined or described as used in Has God made clean the unclean?. Feel free to follow up :)
That thread only treats with things —not people. BTW, I like the difference pointed out between exclusive and inclusive 'or'. Reminds me of logic gates :D

So, I'm still left wondering what you mean. I know you did not ask for this from your readers, but I don't know how to weigh in here, without further definition: As far as God not distinguishing between the clean and unclean people, I'm hearing "all have sinned". But as for God distinguishing between them, it is the difference between heaven and hell. I'm hearing, "You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you."
