Because nobody else is particularly interested in it. It is like "Last Thursdayism" in that it is an falsifiable proposition and so has no relevance to science.

(notice that I did not say it is the same as Last Thursdayism,:D)
Yeah, i know. A tired one trick pony- show, with no audience.

An attempt to prove that the Bible is objectively true as the basis for influencing pubic policy in a secular state. Initially, the movement wanted to teach biblical creationism as science in the public schools in order to piggyback fundamentalist prayer and Bible study. That didn't really work out, but these days it's the literal and inerrant scriptures that tell us Jesus hates gun control, thinks global warming is a hoax and wants Trump to be President whether he has the votes or not.

And what trick did evolutionists use to get evolution taught in the public schools?

Hint: It's a famous trial that occurred here in America.

I think the reason we Christians get accused of trying to get our "religion" in the public schools is because atheists & evolutionists tried to get their doctrine into the public schools and eventually succeeded.

Now they think we Christians are trying to do the same thing.

Probably because atheists & evolutionists are feeling guilty or something.

LOL! Scopes was found guilty and was fined $100 for teaching evolution.

It's what happened before the fine that showed how low academia will stoop.

Even using the ACLU.

Well, yes. Scopes wasn't the regular biology teacher. He was subbing in the biology class and hadn't been there at the time the evolution unit was to be taught so he, himself, hadn't actually taught evolution.

Relative dating and Carbon dating have their flaws and limitations.

I find the claims of precision dating from genomes to be dubious. It relies on the propagation of genes in populations to be modeled correctly and for a site that is not only far prior to any historical remains (those not dated by radiocarbon, or the exact same methods used to calibrate radiocarbon), but one with a more limited genetic data base to build from.
Okay. Thanks for sharing your feelings.

You really shouldn't date your relatives. I find the claims of precise dating by that genomic AI method to be dubious and they have nothing to do with difficulties in getting radiocarbon dates.

When I start a sentence with, "I find", it's usually my subjective view. If I am stating facts, I usually say, "This or that is the case", and support it with a source of reference.

Looks like Young-earth Creationism's been debunked. With this debate over, what are all of us to do?
What dating method did they use that is accurate within 4000 years? Surely you do realize that these predicted dates are based on an average range of years plus or minus a few thousand years.

Nothing but the RCC could come up with a way for someone to be able to commit genocide with a free conscious and still think they can get to heaven.
A sperm cell or an unfertilized embryo is not a human being. It’s not a human being until it’s a fertilized embryo.

How does one look at a stone hearth, a few cutting tools, and some charcoal and decide, "Holy cow----this is a 10,000 year old site-----give or take 5000 years..,". huhhh?
This is just how they misquote information, it’s expected.

It doesn't, but the YEC will claim that it does.
Do you expect that Moses should’ve written that the earth is X amount of years old? That number would be incorrect the very next year. The genealogies not only provide us with the age of the earth but also a timeline of when certain events took place and when key figures lived. It’s a much more efficient way of giving a timeline.

I read your article and I found it to be questionable. It also has no relevance to this thread. There is no reason for us to care about your attempts to discredit radiometric dating.

"Archaeologist" means "one who guesses slightly better than average" in Swahili.
Despite not being true, there’s much information there.

But really, isn’t it a bit racist to put the ignorance off on the
Africans rather than the yecs?
