Hmm perhaps the fix is in and Fox is working for the Democrats
because they are worried about sued for Billions of Dollars by Smartmatic and they are scared Trump
as gone totally feral. Fox will sack Brett to keep the masses happy.
I don't understand why you posted that because Kamala Harris did not do well at all there.

Ug. This just a poor quality interview from all folks IMHO.

I don't know how someone could watch mote than 3 mind of that
Please tell me why you believe that this was a poor quality interview for both Kamala Harris and Brett Baier.

I thought that Harris did a good job of not letting Baier control the narrative. He seemed to be focused on what he believed was the "failures" of the Biden administration. He tried to keep her on the defensive at all times, but I thought that she did a good job defending her positions. He spent absolutely no time on what her platform or proposals for the future were (I guess that working on a Republican-friendly station, he had forgotten that most serious, focused candidates actually do have a platform.)
He didn't really give her an opportunity to look good--but hey, compared to what Fox viewers hear at videos of Trump rallies, I imagine that even the average "man on the street" would sound articulate and informed.

This is a reasonable analysis from a liberal point of view. May I ask if you are aware that Baier had intended for the interview to last at least 30 minutes but then he was prevented from doing so by Kamala Harris' team?

I'm just surprised she was willing to do any interview at all.

I saw it was 26 minutes, and assumed that the extra four minutes were taken up by commercials.

But Harris is fearlessly talking to every branch of the media, from Charlemagne tha God, to the Call Her Daddy podcast host (saw that ad on Spotify). Obviously she realizes that she will not always encounter a friendly interviewer, but given the trash talk she's received from her opponent, who called her "retarded" and "Commie Kamala," among other things, I think that just going out on these venues and showing the general public that those characterizations are bald-faced lies is a net positive.

I don't see how her going to those venues would contradict those claims about her though.

Harris interviews be like:

Interviewer: How old are you?

Harris: Like they say age is just a number. When you think about it, age changes over time, and time is measured in ages...

Interviewer: Um okay what year were you born?

Harris: I was born at a time when equal rights hadn't really been established by the establishment and in not having been established...

So you are glad Harris did the interview because undecided voters will be appalled by how evasive Kamala was,

Perhaps they should be , but they are not people are used to politicians being evasive.

Sorry MrMoe and oszo I really think you are off the mark
it is more like

Interviewer: How old are you?

Harris: It is tragic we all have limited time on this earth, time wears us all down JUST LIKE TRUMP.

The weird deflections always ended up being an attack on trump.

Here's the real thing. First question:

Baier: How many illegal immigrants would you estimate your administration has released into the country over the last three and a half years?

Harris: Well I'm glad you raised the issue of immigration because I agree with you. It is a topic of discussion that people want to rightly have. And you know what I'm going to talk about.

Baier: Yeah, but just a number. Do you think it's one million, three million?

Harris: Bret, let's just get to the point...

Harris sat down with Baier on Wednesday for her first interview on Fox News since becoming this year's Democratic presidential nominee in July. The often contentious interview, which aired commercial-free for just under 27 minutes, touched on several hot-button campaign issues and the vice president's criticisms of Trump.

During an on-air discussion following the interview, Baier said that Harris arrived to the interview around 5:15 p.m., later than expected, and that Fox was "pushing the envelope" to complete what was expected to be a 25-minute interview before 6 p.m.

Baier said the following about the end of the interview during a broadcast of Hannity a short time later: "It was cordial, I said, 'thank you so much, Madame Vice President, for the time.' Her people, like probably four people, were wrapping me with big, you know, moving arms. That's why I looked out to the side and said, 'I've got to wrap up.'"

There was no indication that the Harris team ended the interview early...

The last paragraph of your post disagrees with the last sentence of your post.
