Former first lady Melania Trump warned Americans about government encroachment on their freedoms and discussed the July assassination attempt against her husband in two video messages promoting her memoir days before a Secret Service stopped a second potential assassin targeting former President Donald Trump.

In her first video released last Tuesday, Melania Trump said, "The attempt to end my husband's life was a horrible, distressing experience," referring to the July 13 assassination attempt during a Trump campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Thomas Matthew Crooks, the assailant, fired eight shots into the crowd, resulting in the tragic death of former fire chief Corey Comperatore and wounding two others, marine veteran David Dutch and retiree James Copenhaver. A bullet pierced Trump's ear.

Is fighting a war in which hundreds of thousands of your people are displaced. hurt and killed really heroic? I understand Neocons like yourself love wars to the death but Ukraine didn't have to happen and he's not a freedom fighter. He's an extension of western power in Ukraine.

That silence is even more deafening with the 2nd assination attempt on Trump. Its a weird phenomena happening in US politics at the moment. How the attempted assassination of an x president and running candidate can be treated so casually by the media and the Left. You get this feeling that they secretly are hoping for it to come true.

The bias in the media has been obvious and now exposed and the almost deranged fixation on Trump from Leftist is there for all to see.

It almost seems like we are watching radicals on the Left publically orchestrate the taking out of a political opponent using the manipulation and control of government institutions, corporations, the media and if necessary by some deranged individual.

We see this in the way the Left frames Trump and uses the media to push certain narratives which fuel this crazy mentality. I think this is a dangerous time for US politics.

The Left claims Trump is a threat to democracy but right now what we are seeing in US politics is already a threat to democracy.

That a free and democratic nation can manipulate things to the point of 2 attempted assinations of an x president is downplayed as nothing and that a political party can publically manipulate things for this to happen is a sign that the US is in trouble.
