CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Wow, this one is very moving.
Amen, Jesus is Lord. I want to slow dance with our Lord Jesus, if He enjoys dancing in Heaven above. Even when the world gets dark, God is our light. The Crabb Family - The Reason That I Am Standing is very Biblical, and reminds me of 1 John 1:7, where God purified us of our sins through Christ's blood.1 John 1:7 (NIV): "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."
The Crabb Family reminds me of The Asidors (a Filipino family band that I discovered a little over a month ago):

You are welcome, brother. Both The Crabb Family and The Asidors make powerful songs. Goes to show that Christian music is still good in the 2020s. One thing that I do wish, is that more Christian music in the style of the Crabb Family and Asidors were on the radio. These slower songs are easier for me to sing.
Also, we need more Christians in my age group. My generation has lost religion, and lost faith. Pray for Gen Z and the millennials, that these folks may return back to Christ.Hopefully, the young folks try out these Christian songs, and understand these basic doctrines common across all denominations (Protestants, Catholics and Orthodox all have these 8 doctrines in common).
By the way, you might have heard The Asidors before, around August 21, 2024, cos that is when I shared The Asidors' cover of Casting Crowns:
