Are you largely strange quarks too?
It has to be that, because I'm usually told I lack 'charm.'

This does not help. Teens have always tried to figure out who they are, and sometimes it does not fit the neat categories we set for them. They do have more categories now than we did, but they don't always know where they fit and have to try out a few.Because the woke cult is taking over. They’re all more concerned with identifying as something other than what they are and they’re too self-absorbed.
I have a different perspective. Growing up in the 90s, I feel like teenagers and young people were much different. We weren’t surrounded by the negative influences young people face today. Crime rates were lower, and teenagers seemed more respectful, polite, and less focused on themselves. It was a different world, and there were fewer mental health issues among kids. Today, they’re bombarded with confusing messages, many of which, in my view, are contrary to Christian values. This does not help. And that doesn't mean they can't be that and Christian. In fact, a don't know any reason they can't. Other than narrow definitions they get told.
Odd, the same was thing was said about youth in the nineties. Guess the good old days remain fixed at 30 years in the past.I have a different perspective. Funny, my folks say the same thing about when I grew up in the 70's compared to their childhoods. I guess things look better when you look at the past.I have a different perspective. And I don't believe that it happened. (It's kind of critical.)
It goes at least as far back as written language.Funny, my folks say the same thing about when I grew up in the 70's compared to their childhoods. I guess things look better when you look at the past.
Not odd, it just shows that we’re heading down a troubling path and things are getting worse.Odd, the same was thing was said about youth in the nineties. Guess the good old days remain fixed at 30 years in the past.
I think it shows things change. And change is not always bad.Not odd, it just shows that we’re heading down a troubling path and things are getting worse.
I have read that evidence, but I find no reason to trust the source. This is not the place to discuss or debate that evidence.Of course, you don't. But it is not because of lack of evidence. There is tons of evidence for it.

But then parents also play a part where they cotton wooled their kids from the realities of life in trying to cushion them from every discomfort in life. As a result young people are completly confused, bewildered and suffering all sorts of mental health problems. But then so is society more generally.
Basically I think theres a lot more white noise happening today that distracts young people away from the bible and God. The more the world becomes enticing and godlike with science and tech the more people believe that humans are gods and they don't need any God.
Do you genuinely believe things are better now than in the past? If so, how do you account for the rise in crime and the increased prevalence of mental health issues? While some changes have been positive, it seems like we've reached a point where things are starting to deteriorate again.I think it shows things change. And change is not always bad.
Correct, I was being facetious, it’s typical. Every generation despairs about the one coming up behind it. This is documented to the very start of written language, somehow I don’t think all of human history has been a down hill slide. Not odd,
Might be. But it’s their world and they need to find their own way. Just like we did back in the day.Because the woke cult is taking over. They’re all more concerned with identifying as something other than what they are and they’re too self-absorbed.
May want to check that one.Do you genuinely believe things are better now than in the past? If so, how do you account for the rise in crime…
I agree, there have been some positive changes, but I believe that in recent years, things have worsened significantly.Correct, I was being facetious, it’s typical. Yep, totes different this time cuz reasons.I agree, there have been some positive changes, but I believe that in recent years, things have worsened significantly.
This is a US source. I’m not from the US.May want to check that one.
