Sounds like reverse psychology. Kind of like when my mother used to tell us, as kids, not to do something, knowing full well that we'd be more inclined to do it.

Actually Harris and Biden have done more for Russia than any other leaders in American history so I'm going to say it's probably legitimate...

If Putin wants to support what helps him he'll actually be supporting Harris.

If he wants to support a stable world where he remains towards the bottom he'll be supporting Trump.

If Putin is smart he'll be wanting to help Harris.

I think this is why "Russian propaganda" always manages to hurt the right and never the left - even though the left is full of Chinese spies. Notice how the left being surrounded by very real Chinese spies never manages to hurt their reputation in the media.

Yet Russians no one has ever seen always manages to get the right completely silenced.
