  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

He had succeeded, he would have been on his way out of the Presidency now.

That is an interesting question. Would he be on his way out or would he have "found" some Putin-esque way to become President-for-life?

I'm not sure how a question is propaganda; particularly since the scenario I was responding to was if Trump had successfully interfered and subverted the certified results of a Presidential election. If he succeeded once, what would stop him from trying to do something similar a second time?

Trump has stated unequivocally:

the elections are dishonest as hell.
So if he wins we will know he cheated!
No. If he wins he'll state it was honest.

Yes. And?
In other words if Harris feels the election is not honest she has the same rights as Trump does to ensure it was done correctly.

They both have a right to raise their objections in the courts.
And Trump is free to undermine confidence in our elections before the election. That doesn't mean he should.

If Trump wins you will know democrats didn’t cheat enough. As was the case with Hillary.

Now DOJ is claiming Russia is interfering with the 2024 election. Putin has endorsed Kamala, does that mean she will be investigated relentlessly ?

Off topic (and false, Putin has not endorsed any candidate).
