It is hard to tell because they change from day to day.

So does her position on a number of major things.

When people can watch and hear the President of the Inited States plainly state she is in charge and has his authority. Then say she was never in charge, well that is hard to argue because someone has left reality.

You said you wanted to know what her duties were. You weren't asking for anyone to support what she did. No-one could do that if you didn't know what she was actually charged with.

I have no idea what’s she’s done. I thought she was supposed to help at the border, but I’m told that’s not true. So I was wondering what she did instead.
