I have a new guy in my life, he is a church member at the church I go to. Have known him for 5 years as friends at first. He is a great guy. Last time I dated was 10 years ago after a divorce and decided to try it again. He is a widower, lost his wife to breast cancer, dated several that were bad to him. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

He was hit hard when he lost her 3 years ago. I have known him well through the 5 years as friends. My past, exes cheating on me including my ex husband.An afternoon date, I saw in his eyes that he always wanted to ask the question one day. He loves my laugh and I like he has a huge heart of gold thinking about others.

Been there for him and his now 20 year old daughter. Helped them after his wife's death. Plus guided his daughter in the right track in life,was hanging around the bad people that are a bad influence.They have been there for my family and I after my mom passed recently,said she was a nice lady

Things have been going great even more. I am his cornhole playing partner as well. Seen my cornhole game set up and said cool. We played against a couple guys yesterday and won all 3 games. Right into the hole most of the time.
