I knew a Muslim girl in college who supported abortion, lgbt, drank, swore and ate pork. She still said her prayers she occasionally went to an Islamic center. She didn’t wear a hijab.

The First Amendment says what the government can't do. Among those things it can't do is discriminate on the basis of religion as you have suggested in your OP.

It’s funny because in order to defend Muslims people will point at those who claim to be Muslim but don’t follow the faith while critiquing Christianity by pointing at those who don’t follow the faith.
