Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says.
If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.
Or did the word of God originate with you? Or are you the only people it has reached?
If anyone thinks they are a prophet or otherwise gifted by the Spirit, let them acknowledge that what I am writing to you is the Lord’s command.
But if anyone ignores this, they will themselves be ignored.


in the mind of man there is a place where he is not bound to the law and at this place he will commit adultery.
how can woman teach or preach when they do not know such a place exist. therefore woman cannot save man from sin

You're missing the context. IN the Churches. They can say whatever they want outside.

They were serving the daily sacrifice. The daily sacrifice has continued since then in the tradition of the Apostles.

I go to a church where the pastor is a woman, God has used her to my knowledge, there are more testimonies, but i know of this 2 because i know the persons, that were cured of cancer with her prayers, Gods presence is there and i come home every reunion blessed.

But I think you're missing the elephant in the room. The Apostles had to cast lots on who would succeed Judas. This means that Authority was handed over to them. The only Church that has kept the tradition of the Apostles is the Orthodox Church.

You are taking one very particular verse and applying it out of context there. Women are not less accountable for men; in the pulpit or out of it.

It's not about honour. It's about obedience and service.

They were serving the daily sacrifice. The dail speaking in churchy sacrifice has continued since then in the tradition of the Apostles.

Do you see women hauling animals onto the altar to be burnt, that was a heavy duty task obviously meant for men and has nothing to do with speaking in church the opening post.

Bla bla bla. The Levite priesthood offered the daily sacrifice. Like I said, the daily sacrifice has continued to be offered by the Apostles and in the Tradition of the Apostles. Challenge this at your own peril.

Paul. Next to Jesus, probably one of the most misunderstood people who lived.

Paul was a marvelously inspired by God Directly, writer. The most prolific form of dialog that Paul used was allegory.

Much of what we believe today about the O.T. and the N.T. come from Paul's understandings of how the Gospel was delivered to the Gentiles, not like it was delivered to the Jews. But nevertheless he does not alienate them or God's Words of the O.T. They are all worthy and applied to all of us at all times. One of the unique things about our Lord and His Words. Paul allegorized massive sections of the O.T. for example in Gal. 4:21-24, claiming that Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Hagar, Ishmael and THE LAW were, wait for it: AN ALLEGORY!

What a master. I am always amazed by how he got to those points. Paul took an obscure law scripture out of the O.T. and turned the meaning completely on its head in 1 Cor. 9:9-10. It is amazing how he did that. Just amazing. And he even claimed it was "written" that way, but you won't find a single word of his own dissection of that scripture anywhere in the scriptures other than where Paul wrote it. And I accept that it was written, but hidden. It can be searched out and even confirmed. But there are so many rules to conform to that it's problematic. Nothing I would sink anyone's ship for for not wanting to go there. It's only for the passionate passive students to entertain.

Anyone in the flow of His Words is a temple unto themselves. We have no need to divide or destroy the temple of any person.

All of us are in similar construct, not identical, but similar.

So what did Paul say about this women in the church business? Depends on how you listen. Yes, it does depend.

If we accept for example, that when Paul spoke of men/women issues, he was really, by his own admission, speaking of Christ our Husband, and His Bride, the church, Eph. 5:32

In that vein, for us, where we sit, there is no distinction of persons. No male, female, bond or free, Jew or Gentile.

None of these are a factor.

The woman with the head covering is all of us, as THE BRIDE. We should keep our thoughts covered in favor of His Thoughts. That is why anyone can speak and the elders would judge. I'm sure it led to some interesting engagements. Intervene, intervene! You can't say that! There is the woman in the church, speaking out of turn. It could even be A MAN speaking! I wish I would have spoken up many times to such men speaking as a woman in the church, OUT OF ORDER! Kenneth Copeland comes to mind.

I really would prefer if Jesus would just show up and speak, even if it's through someone. And hey! That's what written scripture is for. We have our many marks to hit already recorded for all of us. Engage! Live them. Try out your wings in advance.

Anyway, if some want to play physical man head physical church in a physical building with physical rituals, knock yerselves out. Any way that Christ is proclaimed Paul would rejoice. I'm sure he would even participate, maybe.

Sometimes I wonder if Paul would totally reject today's "burn everyone alive in hell who disagrees with us" churches. I think he would be personally appalled by such divisions. Revolted even. Sickened. But it's all in the time.

Personally, I can't stand such assemblies. Even when they have maybe, maybe not postures. But that's another story.

Nobody said loving your neighbors as yourself was going to be an easy gig.
