Well, no one should have the freedoms to do those things. So that stuff being said is jailable. But what if one wants to say that the Olympic ceremony is woke? What if the law says one can not criticize anything anymore?
It's is stupendously easy not to say accidently racist things by not saying anything that is racist.

Not murder, as no intent. Still absolutely wrong and should have faced justice, it's not as if a UK jury and judge would not have been sympathetic to inexperience in driving on different side of the road.In what world is this happening? I mean, if it’s talking like a duck… At some point you have to consider it is, in fact, a duck.
You’re allowed to support whomever and whatever action you want, and we are all allowed to make a mental note of that support and arrive at some very definite conclusions about it.
Again, at some point we have to say if it walks and talks like a duck, it’s likely a duck. The fact it thinks it’s an eagle is fun trivia, but doesn’t change that it is a duck.
