I remember a post from him a while back over in the controversial theology section where he made mention that he only retained the Charismatic title just so he could continue posting in this section, essentially just to stir up issues with people over here, so yes, if it acts like a duck, it's a duck.

I've also noticed that as one get acclimated to softly criticizing the Holy Spirit it escalates and can get to that point of no return.

Idolizing, (in the Biblical sense) Spiritless men has a way of doing that too.

I go by the fact that any manifestation that ain't in the Bible it ain't true. The Bible is God's complete word to man and contains everything that we need to know about how the Holy Spirit manifests Himself. If having electric type manifestation is of the Holy Spirit, He, being faithful to His word, would have included a description of it in the Bible.

Isn't the Bible a summary? Before Jesus' ascension He performed a great many signs and wonders. Typically accounts of preachings exclude physical manifestations. As the Spirit comes in there are reactions in the brain and body. Typically a feeling of warm or cold before a healing...

The gospels are considered accounts from witnesses but not complete accounts. Luke probably research things the most.

Yes, and there is the Bible on angels, the sons of God and more controversial matters. It is not literally complete.
