UNESCO has printed up a well-produced brochure, with Babylon listed as the premier destination, to hand out to wealthy donors.

The Grand Port of Faw.

The Grand Faw is the port under construction on the coast of Iraq, on the northern tip of the Persian Gulf. God`s word says that Babylon will become a heap and no one dwell there. Well, the ruins are being rebuilt, (as your link showed). That was 2020, and today there are thousands of people living in Babylon, though not rebuilt part.

Today, with renewed internal and foreign tourism and funding from the US embassy and other international donors, Babylon is coming back to life. Its still-eerie, grandiose Hussein-era palaces and guesthouses are filled with international artists invited for the Babylon festival, and thousands of Iraqis flock here every month for parties, weddings and musical boat rides along the Euphrates river.
