At the Republican National Convention on Monday, Rose gave a nod to her past criticism of Trump. She said once she believed Trump was a racist. . .
"People have to do their research. I watched all the rallies. And I started meeting so many of you, his red-hat-wearing supporters," she said laughing to cheers.
"And that's when it hit me: These are my people. This is where I belong," she added.
"I put the red hat on too."
The most impressive speech of the evening. That's what I tell people--do the research for yourself.

I am pleased that Amber Rose did the research for herself as well and actually went out to talk face to face with real people who are voting for Donald Trump. If she can change her mind about Trump and MAGA, then I believe that anyone can do so.

I’m sorry, who?

I hope the convention has a mini-[sex-positive-female]walk, "to honor all women who have been judged and demeaned for their sexual behavior."

It would be refreshing to see Republicans honoring women's power to make choices about their own sexual behavior without fear of negativity stemming from adherence to outdated patriarchal codes of behavior.

If you have to ask then there is no need to elaborate, further on aesthetics.
I tend to not judge by a cover that so many Christians do today.

This has nothing to do with christianity, but just plain ole decision making.
Then I misunderstood you on the tattoos on the forehead comment.

Me thinks a lot of people really don't know:
1) What "research" means or what it is.
2) How to research.
I have a friend who is a trained research librarian. He complains about the number of people who think 5 minutes on Google is the same as dedicated detailed research.

Unfortunately, most of what passes for "research" is nothing more than special interests funding people doing "studies" who are paid to arrive at a desired conclusion under the guise of "research".

But in this context, "research" could simply be verifying something for oneself. For example, when Biden said that he needed to "put Trump in a bullseye" last week, he wasn't suggesting that someone should shoot him, as some right-wing extremists have suggested. Likewise, when Trump said there would be a "bloodbath" if he wasn't elected, it was in the context of discussing the automotive industry in the US. I know both of these things are true because I did my own "research" and didn't listen to the narratives pushed by various media outlets.

I agree with the context because many who didn't listen to Trump can be manipulated to think a certain way and vice versa. Example of Jan 6:

"Democrats have pointed to one phrase in particular as they argue that Trump incited those present to march down Pennsylvania Avenue toward the Capitol.

"We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore," he said.

His defense lawyers, however, point to a different passage, in which Trump said, "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." They argue that his words were not a call for actual violence and lawlessness."
