In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

As far as who should step down .
I feel absolute sorrow for biden . I do desire good for him and i sure dont approve of his topics ,
but the poor man should be resting up in what is known as his golden years .
I do not say i know what is wrong with his mental state .

Wow, Romney is that old now? Time flies. I will miss Romney, but it is good that he can retire, and hopefully be with his family. Also, I understand why people are not ready for Pete, as he is different from the other candidates, and specializes in transportation better than other parts of politics, but sadly, Pete would not have a chance in 2024.
And yes, being nostalgic for 2000s is not an old soul, but I do like 1900s stuff as well, such as classic rock and 1930s Art Deco.
