Wives rarely show up at their husband's job except if they have a lunch together. And throughout his career, a major part of trump's "job" is to be in court, suing or being sued. That's how the real estate biz works at the higher echelons. I used to be a commercial real estate agent in Seattle. I learned then that the more money that is involved, the more likely someone is ending up in court for something. And seeing as there are a lot of VERY powerful people that don't want Trump rocking the boat, I expect nothing less than this type of court case, especially since, IMO, the left is looking at this not as a battle, but as moving toward the end of the war. I see the political left at the same position Nazi Germany was at the battle of the bulge.

I also see them as this guy (starts out "calm", but ramps up rather seriously). Just wait'll November. Dead serious here. It's just getting into the "end game". If you are short of time, just go to the two minute mark to get my point.

Yes, let's do put the past to bed. The way I see it, one can run from it or learn from it. Joe Biden earned approximately 7,000,000 more American votes than did Mr Trump in 2020. Republicans choose to run from this fact rather than learn from repeating the Trump mistake. And the Trump mistake seems to keep snowballing now. It's leading politicians to act like children just like Trump and many of his voters. At some point one runs out of collateral if one keeps doubling down on a bad bet.

My motto is, Learn from the past, live in the present, and prepare for the future. I suspect Trump does the same thing. He seems to be embracing mail in voting this time. He probably should also embrace the democrat motto, "vote early and often".

I'll give one example: Colorado. There are plenty, though. But either of us can cherry pick cases to "prove" our point. I'm simply saying that when you look at the body of evidence, I learned from experience to ignore his lower court losses because they were overturned so often. It's actually become a meme in the circles and forums I hang out at. And the fact that those that disagree so often want to impeach the integrity of the higher courts to "explain it" is comical. There is a reason higher courts are a different pay grade.
