What is the Biblical Meaning of getting bit by a coyote or german shepherd dog like on the hand?

I dreamt of a dog it look like a german shepherd or coyote, the dream wasn't dark but it was just a normal dream with no darkness, but the dog he was following me. Trying at any moment to attack me and I was trying get away from it. He attacked my left hand and bit me twice but I didn't felt pain nor blood but only the bite. Wasn't sure if the dog was being playful or not but it sounded aggressive and my instinct in the dream I did was grab the dog like I would grab a cat by it's back of the neck or I would try the jaw to stop bitting me and let it go. At that moment I rebuked the dog in Jesus name and he finally let it go. And I woke up and was confused as to why I got that dream did I do something lately or is it a warning? I already pray to God about this.

This morning is the 3rd day and I was having my coffee and I was allowed to see this for what it is This is not a warning, and by your words you know about closing doors. The key to this dream is you were bitten twice but felt no pain, nor blood, and the dream was not dark. To be able to see the dog says a lot as well. This dream is showing you where you are on your journey. You have walked past having the enemy instill fear in you(that is what is used) and you know who you are in Christ Jesus, and The Power and Authority in His name. I recently had a nightmarish dream from the enemy and it did not bother me a bit.(no fear). And I thought, that was strange, but then perfected Love caste out all fear.

But you say it could be a coyote which is a predator which could mean a devil's one attacking. But a German shepherd can be a dog which cares for sheep. So, how might this mean you are being cared for as a sheep?

In case it is a shepherding dog, you could be taking things the wrong way. God can resist us when we are going the wrong way, and we can get quite upset while God is managing things to interfere with what we do in pride.

God gives with His right hand. I personally get that our left hand, then, could be our receiving hand.

So. If a shepherding dog is grabbing our receiving hand, perhaps God is concerned about what we are receiving. Are we busy with receiving God's grace, or are we trying to grab and control?

He wants us to constantly be attentive to receiving from Him.

Sounds like a warning dream that someone is following you and possibly the work of your hands. An attack is coming, but it will not harm you.

Some attacks are not personally harmful, but they can interfere with our walk.

Reminds me of paul rebuking the spirit of divination in a girl. No big harm done, but she was annoying him which could have interfered with what he was called to do

A dog is man's best friend. You may have a friend that would become like a predator/coyote/wolf when he attacks.

There's also the saying.. don't bite the hand that feeds you. This friend could become an enemy, whatever you have given in connection to the friend.. they will persist in biting your hand, until you have had enough and break off or stop being available to that friend by using the authoritative name of Jesus.
