Yes! I wondered when this was going g to happen. I'm very hopeful they can win this. Trans women are not women. If they want their own section in the sporting events then I'm all for it. Some goes for bathrooms, locker rooms etc. I'm all for them having thier own spaces.

Oh, come on, now! It's not as if there isn't disagreement among everyone, at all levels, even between some persons who are gay and those who are trans. It's not simply about White, Conservative, Religious people against Everyone else. That's not what's actually happening.

So, I think we can all spare ourselves the false pretenses of presenting a "clear and distinct" divide politically where there really isn't exactly that, or ONLY that.

Simple. The biological women, as in the OP's contexts, will enforce it.......especially if or when there may be an ethical infraction upon their own persons (i.e. unwanted sexual advances).

No one said this. So, I'd appreciate it if the implications I'm suggesting are given a fair shake as a solution.
