No. He receives judgment in the same manner he gives. So judging fairly results in being judged fairly.

I am not so certain we mortals judge others accurately, hence my reply. We humans do not perceive everything correctly, and you could be mistaken. It happened to me yesterday lol. But this mistake has ramifications for our salvation. I don't understand how any believers can be smug about their judgment of others. Somehow folks don't seem to have enough of their own shortcomings in which to obsess and improve. It will always baffle me because I will never attain perfection in perpetuity myself. Not on this earth. My own faith keeps me busy enough. Peace

It’s the intent behind the judgement that matters.

So would you be against sending a woman to a men’s prison?
This is a “have you stopped beating your dog?” question.

I do not agree with sending somebody who is biologically and physically female to a prison made of biologically and physically males. That said, I do think there are scenarios, where one has to be sent to the prison that corresponds to one’s physical gender even if it does not match with who they are biologically, though not integrated into Gen Pop.

You want the states to come up with new prisons?

You can, actually.

I have a friend with biracial parents. She says she is white. I have another friend with biracial parents, he identifies as black.

In a case where your genetic make up includes a mixture of races, people are welcome and encouraged to identify as any aspect of their genetic make up, just as those who have a genetic make up that varies from their physical gender are encouraged to.
I’m 100% white, though, not biracial. Therefore I cannot identify as black.

In my reading of the bible I have noticed a theme. One gets what he gives. If he gives forgiveness he will receive it. If he gives judgment he will receive it. If he gives condemnation he is condemning himself in the process. If you claim you are doing nothing wrong, I won't dispute (or judge) the statement. But I have faith One will judge that statement. It's the basis for my concern and warning.
I am not judging or condemning anyone. Just because I do not agree with someone’s choices doesn’t mean I’m being judgmental.

Take care

The person in the picture doesn't look like a female. And should have never been put in a female prison. There needs to be more common sense, when it comes to real Transgender women. This is not a Transgender woman.
How do you know? The trans community has been telling us we have no idea if a person is trans or not by their looks. It's what they claim that's important.

There are an aweful lot of people who don't know what judging is.

We as Christians are to be wise. And being wise is using good judgement. And I think we can all agree that using good judgement and being wise would mean we don't put men in womens prisons. At least until we do a complete overhaul of the prison system.

Well said.

Only God judges souls.

Not me, nor anyone else.

I think you are confusing judgement here and don't really understand what the scripture means about it.

But that aside, we Christians are supposed to be wise and discerning. We are supposed to use good judgement. Admittedly even Christians aren't real good at it.

But I thinknin this case we can easily say that it isn't wise to put a man in a woman's prison.

Yes you can. You can do whatever you want.
No. I have no African ancestry, therefore I’m not black. You are born with your ancestry. Just like you are either born a male or female and cannot change that.

Many Republicans want convicts placed by sex, not gender identity. Their chromosomes would be the deciding factor. As a result, some people with female genitals would go to men's prisons, and some people with male genitals would go to women's prisons.

Many Democrats want gender identity to be the deciding factor. As a result, some people with female genitals would go to men's prisons, and some people with male genitals would go to women's prisons. And pregnancies could result.

My position: Put the people with male genitals in men's prisons, and the people with female genitals in women's prisons. Is that so difficult? Sure, some people would be unhappy due to their preferred gender identity. Perhaps we could make gender reassignment surgery more available to them as an option.

Judge with wisdom, not their souls.

Men don’t belong in women’s prisons, especially if they’re violent.

Why? Maybe it’s just a phase or illness. Once it’s gone…it’s gone. What if they regret it?

It’s so new and nobody knows much about it.

It's FOX news and I cant find any other source so I'm assuming the story is totally distorted.

If that picture is indeed what this individual looks like then obviously this is a case of common sense being jettisoned. Transwomen should not be in a man's prison due to the fact that they look like women and are at very high risk of sexual abuse. However there is this thing called common sense and good judgement. If they are afraid of being sued or something then this person should have been in permanent isolation, away from the women. Bam, everyone is happy.
