Behold His Love!

I know a lovely woman whose husband encouraged her to remarry before his imminent death. Their great love story reminded me of Jesus's words on the cross from John 19:26-27. After her late husband passed away, she later married a man who loves her just as much. It's almost as if her late husband has come back to life and is now living in another man's body so he can be with her again.

Moses said something similar in his last words to Israel when he knew he wasn't going to enter the promised land with them and was about to die. Deuteronomy 18:15. The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen. You shall listen to him. Then came Jesus, fulfilling what Moses gave and taking us into the eternal promised land. He added spirit to the written letter, which gives life. 2 Corinthians 3:4-6.

I have a feeling this is happening to me, to us, that we may bear spiritual children unto the Lord. The man loves me so much that he had to withdraw himself quietly at times but again it's all him in the spirit, like Jesus Himself is with me, like our Heavenly Father Himself is with us, through our brothers and sisters (our partners in Christ), that we may be safe and have our physical needs met while we are here on this earth.

We also know that it is God's way in Torah when He said that if a man dies without having children his brother must marry the widow so that they can have children who will be considered the dead man's children. This is still practised by some which is not always a bad thing but I'm referring it here to Jesus who is our brother, our friend, our lover, our bridegroom, our everything. We must receive and treat each other knowing that we first belong to Christ and that His spirit is in us.

That is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.” But others said, “He is Elijah.” And others said, “He is a prophet, like one of the prophets of old.” But when Herod heard of it, he said, “John, whom I beheaded, has been raised.” For it was Herod who had sent and seized John and bound him in prison for the sake of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife, because he had married her.

Being able to see, can make a man full of sorrows, a perfect balance for the joy unspeakable and the peace that surpasses understanding. I see you two. And they ask John, are you the prophet, and he said "No"

Being able to see, can make a man full of sorrows,

That can be. I see here God's love that takes away sorrow. John the Baptist and Jesus The Christ were related through their mothers, Mary and Elizabeth.

Matthew 17. Jesus replied, “Elijah does indeed come, and he will restore all things. But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him whatever they wished. In the same way, the Son of Man will suffer at their hands.” Then the disciples understood that He was speaking to them about John the Baptist.

Luke 24. Then Jesus said to them, “O foolish ones, how slow are your hearts to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and then to enter His glory?” And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them what was written in all the Scriptures about Himself.

1 Corinthians 15. The Resurrection Body. But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” You fool! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. And what you sow is not the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or something else. But God gives it a body as He has designed, and to each kind of seed He gives its own body. Not all flesh is the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another, and fish another. There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the splendor of the heavenly bodies is of one degree, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is of another. The sun has one degree of splendor, the moon another, and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor. So will it be with the resurrection of the dead: What is sown is perishable; it is raised imperishable. It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being;” the last Adam a life-giving spirit. The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and then the spiritual. The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven. As was the earthly man, so also are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven. And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so also shall we bear the likeness of the heavenly man. Now I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must be clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

There is more. Isaiah 53. A man of sorrows. When one is given eyes to see there is a weeping within. A sadness for the state of man. When The Lord was here there was nothing hidden from His eyes. So it is with those who see. The things you bring I understand, just as I have been understood. You are a rare one GospelS. You deserve The Lord's best. And I am not the only one here that sees this.
