Judge’s daughter has financial benefit for DNC from the PR value from this Trump prosecution. 3. Exculpatory evidence was given to DA and Bragg refused it. It is his obligation as an officer of the court to accept said evidence. 4. Judge violates every norm on conducting a fair legal trial . Now with Biden denying any involvement in the case please explain why the #3 guy at DOJ left that cush job to assist Bragg in the persecution of Trump? I believe when the dust settles on this debacle a lot of liberals who have salivated over this Trump persecution will have egg on their face. This is not law and order it is nothing more than election interference and political persecution. Just listen to the testimony of Cohens former lawyer. That testimony totally shows this case has absolutely no validity. Every credible legal scholar says there is no crime here and no crime has been proven. In fact no crime has even been identified that would be the basis for using past statute of limitation misdemeanors. Let’s remember ethics is the standard here.

I have been following this trial closely and have yet to hear any reporter suggest the judge has violated any norm. This is a very experienced judge and it shows.

Of course my goal is to defend truth and expose liberal propaganda. What is your goal ? Very interesting to note in all of the more recent posts here the facts are seldom dealt with. Opinions on how great the judge is doing and request for sources that are easily available to anyone with a real concern, diversion and the like. It is odd, she basically claims that the reason the "judge" is so biased is because 1) he allowed Stormy Daniels to testify and 2) because Michael is a liar and, as such, shouldn't be trusted. The first I can't agree with since Trump was attempting to deny the affair, which was the reason for the crime -- to hide the fact he had the affair. As such, Stormy Daniels testimony was pertinent.

As for the second, it has to be noted that Jeanine Pirro has lied. To give just one major example (which should be all that is needed), she was a key figure in the "stolen election" lawsuit with Dominion, which caused Fox to pay close to $1 billion dollars in the settlement, because Fox kept claiming things they knew were not true on TV. She put Sydney Powell on her show, knowing the claims were crazy and came from a woman that believes she speaks with ghosts, etc. She regularly spouted conspiracies she found on the Internet on her show, things that she had no reason to believe had any validity. As such, by Jeanine Pirro's own words, we should not trust anything she says as she is a known liar.

Are you talking about the lawyer that tried to get Cohen to accept Trump's (his co-conspirator) offer of legal assistance in the federal version of the case to keep it close and inside the "family", or are you talking about the witness whose contemptuous behavior on stand earned him a tongue-lashing from the judge in a sealed proceeding (transcript available)?

Stormy is the most important witness to the events that precipitated the whole criminal case (and the least slimy). As I recall the defense lawyers tried to discredit her because of her profession and she kept turning their questions back on them. She did not "rant" on the stand and her testimony was less "XXX" than what had been published from prior interview in the media.
