I’m claiming that they took a bunch of stuff out of context and constructed a false narrative around it. In some cases (I don’t know about the water pipe specifically), they outright lied about what the video showed.

Married people don't often have the same political positions: my husband and I debate politics amongst ourselves all the time - and we are both right wingers.

Im going to say the judge isn't his wife. She is her own person and you can't throw her views on him.

Besides, the flag was, at least initially in my understanding at the time, put up by people who thought the riots were BAD .. not people who supported the protestors.

I live in a county that voted above 85% for Trump and not one distress flag was flown here.. the distress flag has nothing to do with people being pro trump or pro protesters.

Trump has actually been pretty quiet on the whole rigged election thing for some time now. One would think if he had any evidence for such outrageous claims he’d be screaming it from the rooftops, right?

What I'm saying is that your eyes didn't see anything in the first place. You have zero first-hand knowledge of anything that went down. The only information you have is what the fraudsters wanted you to have, and you're failing to make the distinction between that and seeing it for yourself. Ok - but you invalidated my claims because I was not personally at every polling station across the country.

I only watched videos - some live - of those polling stations as the shenanigans went down. Which convinced me that there was election interference.

So - if the Court's decision was only based on what was presented to them - and my claims are invalidated because I was not personally there - then their decision is invalidated because they were also not personally there.

I know I have zero first-hand knowledge of them. That's why I don't go around arguing about what I saw with my own two eyes.

Regarding the courts, no court has first-hand knowledge of anything. The whole process is designed for the court to be a neutral space for both side (some of whom do have first-hand knowledge) to present their evidence to neutral parties. That Team Trump could not win any of their cases suggests to me that their evidence is lacking.
