The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.




Hopefully this clears up the confusion that God would be running this Crazy Train down here, off the rails, as the Holy Spirit of Christ within the Saints, is the only thing holding the evil back.

Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

“All authority in heaven and on earth”.

Also, that authority hasn’t established earthly rule. How am I so certain? Because I haven’t been able to wait in line for a long time just to hug Jesus! I’m excited about that. It’s a big deal! It hasn’t happened yet!

It's like watching a trainwreck and being unable to look away...

So next, help with this.. how do we overcome this, and look away?

Is it a sin in and of itself? A failure of faith?

I can't stop being horrified, and I kinda wish I could. I wish I could turn my back, but it's almost too much.

When do we make peace with this? How do we?

We do it by looking to the cross. That was the most evil event in history. And God ordained it. This tells us that through we don’t understand, God has a purpose for evil. And He will ultimately use it all for His glory. We only need to trust.

That is not what scripture says. Jesus specified that His Kingdom was not of this world. We are the Body of Christ. Christ's current Kingdom is ephemeral, in that our Body's will die. Even if we are raptured, our Body's will die and be changed in an instant. Dust (Flesh) cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.

It is the HOLY SPIRIT and OUR PROMISE of eternal LIFE that is Eternal. But, still, The POWER and THE GLORY, does not Rule here, yet. He depends on our response to HIM for HIS will to be done. He works through us, During this "Age of Gentiles".

Luke 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem shall be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

God has always had Authority. The difference is, that God doesn't Abuse that Authority like Mankind does. When Jesus Christ Superman Lands on the Mount of Olives... Then.... He will be ESTABLISHING that Authority.

Justin Martyr got it wrong. They never imagined that God would replant Israel. The Anti-Christ will reign from Jerusalem first, as scripture in Daniel has always said, and Jesus confirmed.

Jesus hasn't returned.

Some theologians think Authority means... EXERCISING that authority. It doesn't. God is not like earthly kings that Constantly abuse their position of Authority. Scripture reveals that God does not micro manage. Satan is the one that Micro Manages. God steps in for an instant and with precision... rectifies things. ... then He allows people to proceed.

Having Authority doesn't demand that it is used in petty Human ways.

So, You're asserting that the Son of God is physically walking on this earth... as in the Gospels... Right now?

The disciples literally ask when Israel will be RESTORED... and Jesus binds their question to (No man knows the Day nor the Hour)..... and you're saying the DESTRUCTION of Jerusalem... "Restored" Literal Israel... as the Disciples had the same giant Jewish noses that I have... and knew of the Messianic Prophecy that God would RESTORE Literal Israel? You do know that Jews to this day reject Jesus because He didn't restore Literal Israel, as it is a very specific prophecy that the Messiah WILL fulfill?

I regard it as contrary to the Niceno-Constantinopolitan Creed and to the position of the Fathers of the Second Ecumenical Council, who rejected Chiliasm and instead embraced Amillenialism. It also contradicts the Paschal Homily of St. John Chrysostom, which describes Hell as despoiled and defeated by the victorious passion of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ on the Cross.
