His Accountants have already testified that they are the ones who classified the invoices from his attorney as legal fees (kinda makes sense when you take the bias out of it,)

Trump was owner/Managing partner for 350 corporation in the US and abroad - I find it incredulous that anyone on earth would think he did his own accounting. Talk about a stretch.

What I meant: The leap is not her testimony; the leap is your conclusion. Trump not making this offer directly to Stormy does not automatically mean the he never had a hand in hiding it. One very plausible possibility is that he directed the whole thing and used Cohen as his intermediary.

At best, you were rephrasing her testimony. But that doesn't matter, because I wasn't referring to those sentences; I was referring to the other ones:

Are you claiming that she testified to these conclusions? Because that doesn't sound to me like something she'd be allowed to testify in court, because it would be speculative on her part.

I thought Michael Cohen was an untrustworthy, perjuring liar.

But at least you have to admit that people [indeed Cohen himself] did indeed say that Cohen did it 'out of his own pocket', and some have even characterized it as stemming from his blood-pumping organ.

And if (as you suggest) Trump was not aware of the payment, then wasn't Trump's payment to Cohen seemingly out of the goodness of Trump's heart? No legal services were rendered. Trump paid him for nothing? Or was Trump paying Cohen back?
