An ordinary day would a have a sun.

In the history of biblical interpretation, four major types of hermeneutics have emerged: the literal, moral, allegorical, and anagogical. They are not mutual exclusive. All of the different interpretations are valid to some degree. They do not cancel each other out. Some of course have been thought through better than others.

There is Light and Darkness in understanding the Bible. There are people that walk in the light and those who walk in darkness.

Adam is chapter two in the Bible. You have all of chapter one before Adam. Remember God rested on the seventh day. So Adam was created on the eighth day. At least from my perspective. God has a pattern that He follows.

Adam was created on the 8th day? Adam wasn’t in chapter 1?

Adam and Eve were the last things God created in chapter 1 on the 6th day.

if it isn't then a day of creation is something that happens after Adam is placed in the garden.

then he was lonely so Eve was created, both ate some fruit shouldn't have. They got scorned kicked out of the garden but on the way out God blessed them and said multiply.

Rule over the fish you haven't seen yet because you've been in the garden up til now atleast Eve was. Could debate rather Adam saw one before being transported or God brought afew marine animals to him.

So is the verse actually part of the six days in the beginning or later on after God rested, which isn't correct.

Just because God said to rule over the animals doesn’t mean Adam started delegating orders to fish and animals. It’s establishing a hierarchy where man is at the top of the hierarchy above the animals.
