You say there's a decent chance we will find out what will occur if Trump is reelected. I tell you I am not convinced. Biden beat Mr Trump handily before all the indictments. Most Americans are tired of nonstop chaos that surrounds Donald Trump. I have faith in that.

There's little doubt protests will hinder Donald Trump should he somehow take office again. He is literally asking for it by running for president.

Again we shall see because currently Trump is leading in a number of swing states and is gaining ground among groups that usually lead democrat as a voting block. I honestly have concluded that this election will come down to one or maybe both of two things who third parties take more votes from and/or which basis comes out in larger numbers come November.. As quite a few people do not really want either option as shown by the share in those same polls of people that support a third party which for purposes of pie graphs they usually lump together.

The issue here is that to contest the official electoral count, Trump tried to set up fake electors who would recognize Trump as the winner and get Pence to reject the valid votes, so that he could stay in power. Trump publicly stated this at the ellipse on January 6.

How so? Again did he or did he not peacefully leave the white house? When asked this question you said he did so roughly four HOURS before the end of his term. If he was going to use violence to stay in power he would not have done so and would have instead violently resisted at noon.

First of all I am pretty sure that was not done on his orders and second of all just because it did not work a full two weeks earlier does not mean he would give so easily if he was that bound and determined to stay in power. There are two weeks between the 6th of the month and the 20th of a month.

Yeah, Trump states did the same thing for him. I'm not a fan. If others want to run in primaries states should allow it. But states do have a right to govern their constituents however they legally wish.

I think Trump needs to fire his legal team. Besides an insurrection the government doesn't have a legal right to kill citizens, The Posse Comitatus Act also I think the constitution prohibits the use of lethal force outside a combat zone from the military.
