I daresay prosecutors proved this intentional tort against Mr Giuliani too. These people (so called elites) are so above the law (in their own minds) they are genuinely surprised if they are held accountable. They have abused their own rigged system for so long it's simply inconceivable to them that they could ever be punished. Rudy has shown exactly how much remorse for the suffering he's inflicted on these ladies? He genuinely feels superior to them and it gives him license to say anything.

What do you do with a spoiled child? Do you reward his awful behavior? Not according to Dr Phil lol. You punish them. Though tort law I believe is created more for rewarding victims than punishing the offender, authorities must incarcerate those who refuse to pay damages in these cases. Even now, with a $148,000,000 judgment against him, Giuliani is on TV defaming the ladies some more, and likely the judge and jury. Punish creeps to reduce this nonsense. Even if they’re pretty, or extremely wealthy!
