You made a claim - the burden of proof is on you to cite your source. If you cannot do so, it will be very reasonable for readers to assume that the claim has been manufactured.

That was another topic which Wings Like Eagles described "off topic" though I explained my reasons in #256. The original quotes were from Wikipedia based on several external sources but as I explained there are many alternative sources to these events in WW2.

I think you need to respond my question which is on a topic that is not described as "off topic".

That's not a clear picture.

The poster said earlier that the crater left at the hospital looked similar to the crater left by a GBU-39.

...I would like to see evidence of that claim by viewing the crater of a *known* GBU-39 on equally flat ground.

Yes, I said the size of the crater and the surrounding damage in that video look consistent with what a GBU-39 would produce. I also showed a hole in the wall of the hospital from a previous missle strike. It is my assesment that the crater and resulting damage from this most recent strike appears to have come from a GBU-39. You disagree with that assessment which is fine. I haven't been able to find an image of a crater from a GBU-39 on equally flat ground, but I was able to find one of a building that was struck and the damage inside this building looks similar to that at the hospital. There doesn't appear to be any large craters visible.

Well, it's a shame that we can't see the crater, considering it's the most valuable piece of evidence required to prove your claim.

Shrapnel holes don't cut it, because we can't measure the distances from the impact, or make any kind of useful comparisons.

...I guess we'll have to dismiss your claim.

Here is the problem with this statement as I see it. We know that Hamas intentionally went after civilians. And, worse, they seemed to revel in torturing them and making it known. As far as I know, we simply do not know if Israel was intentionally intending to kill civilians - how do you know that the IDF did not believe these hospitals, convoys and apartments were providing cover for Hamas?

I think it is instructive to imagine what world reaction would be if the IDF raided a music festival in Gaza and tortured and murdered civilians. The reaction would be over-the-top outrage at a global level - Israel would be immediately subject to sanctions and immediately become a global pariah. But when Hamas does it, it is not really all that surprising.

When people living in apartment buildings are killed that is targeting children. When fleeing convoys are attacked that is targeting people. Intentionally. The hospital strike also. Families in apartments or fleeing convoys or hospitals are no less valuable than revelers at a party or civilians in Israel.

Regardless, the point is that Hamas is still on the loose after their unprovoked attack on Israel.

The whole issue surrounding the focus on this hospital is just an attempt by Islamic terrorists to be able to claim that "Israel is just as bad, so let's talk about Israel and not about what Hamas did"... Not gonna happen!

...Not until Hamas has been wiped off the face of the earth. Maybe even Hezbollah too!

Israel should not target innocent people, regardless of what Hamas or anyone else does or does not do. I hear they killed 1500 terrorists in Israel. That was self defense. Bombing hospitals and fleeing convoys and apartment building is terrorism.
