Planning to have some pizza tonight. Kind of fell off the health food wagon... I'll get back on that wagon... maybe tomorrow. We'll see.

Today I had to go to town to get new tires for our car. On the way home I stopped at Wendy's and got me a double cheeseburger and my wife a baconator. Sure we had fries! I did not like paying the 25 bucks for two meals... that is ridiculous!

We bought a Freeze Dryer a couple months ago. We have been busily Freeze drying many things, including rice. Today we pulled out some freeze dried rice and added some hot water. Took about 10-12 minutes to rehydrate. Perfect rice. Make some tilapia and yellow squash from the garden.
Nice little meal.

You all eat good. I've never had white castle but I've heard of them. Sorry, i lost this thread for a while. I had a. Homemade cheese burger last night and haven't eaten yet today, probably will have the same as i made 4.

From mushrooms to pigs to steer to fowl to various plants…everything I eat is comprised of DNA. Except salt which is a rock.
